I discovered drought secret the middle of december as i wanted to try it for my TSW. The relief i have got is second to none. I use the rescue balm and zinc magic cream. The itch from severe eczema and tsw is next level and the zinc cream calms it so much! I have placed so many orders in a few small weeks and now i am waiting on their bath products to try. I have been using drought secret products on my daughter for almost a year now. The repair butter really helped heal her eczema and the calming butter keeps her dry patches at bay. I bought the calming butter and zinc magic around 6 weeks ago for my 5 month old who has recently been diagnosed with eczema. I wanted to go through the natural route, so I thought I’d give Drought Secret a try and I’m happy to say it’s been the best decision ever. His flare ups have completely calmed down and his dry skin fading slowly. I’m almost done with my jars and ready to place my second order with all the new goodies! Definitely worth a try and makes the world’s difference!

The zinc magic cream is INSANE. Within 24 hours I see real results in my eczema patches. I stopped steroids the beginning of 2025 and been so close to using them again until I found these products. They give me genuine relief and results. I’ve been sucked in by A LOT of eczema cure creams over the years but finally found one that lives up to its name for me. The flares I get now seem to be sweat related or fabric related - when I say this cream is my bestie I’m not lying!! It’s my companion for every issue I get with my skin - going to be itchy because I need to wear a bra for work? Zinc cream acts as a barrier and limits the damage the cheap materials do to my skin. Going on holiday and getting crazy under boob sweat and itch attacks? Zinc cream keeps it clear for my whole holiday. Wearing a wooly jumper that’s going to irritate my creases on my arm? Zinc cream as a barrier so I get next to none irritation. It really is phenomenal and I will never stop shouting about it!! For me it works as steroids used to… get a flare/patch use zinc cream and it’s gone within a couple of days (depending how big the patch is) I do find in the winter I can only use it once a day (at night) rather than 2/3 times a day like I do in the summer. I think it’s because zinc is naturally drying and so is the cold air! I use it with my usual moisturiser first then layer zinc on top and this seems to work best for me. I also struggle massively with an itchy scalp so tried the hair oil after the success I’ve had with the zinc cream and WOW. It’s amazing - smells like a spa, I use it for my slick back ponytails and get compliments all day how great I smell! Considering I can’t wear perfumes anymore as my skin reacts each time I didn’t think I’d get compliments on what I smelt like ever again 🥹 but aside from that it genuinely works - I lost so much of my hair when I went through TSW it was so thin. Since using this oil I’ve finally started to see regrowth on my scalp for the first time in 10 months!!!!!! And 100% noticeably less itchy! Thank you for making such amazing products - bonus points for the aesthetic bottles/jars they look so stunning on my shelves and I’ve always felt left out never being able to use fancy skincare or hair products like others do haha! Drought secret genuinely has been life changing for me and coping with my eczema so if you’re tired of trying every ‘cure all’ eczema products and close to giving up DONT!! try this first please, it really is Magic!

Zinc Magic Balm is my absolute favorite! It’s my number one recommendation with the rescue butter!

These products as re nothing short of life changing. I have been using them consistently for my son who has sever skin damage from prolonged use of steroids to manage eczema. It has been a long and tough journey, but consistent use has given is incredible results. I was sceptical at first, as I had purchased so many products to use, and sadly don't have many before photos, but I can honestly say the rescue butter and zinc combo broke down hard, scaly, oozing, crusty patches without causing further damage. We continue to use calming butter on areas like his face and neck to keep delicate areas soft and supple, and to manage flares caused by seasonal weather changes and allergies.

The only products we use on our four year old after experiencing steriod withdrawal. You have nailed it, making life more bearable.

As a mother completely exhausted on the eczema journey with my 4 year old son, I discovered Drought Secret back last year.
I originally ordered the Zinc cream and used it to calm the redness but demand was so high on this new company it was impossible to try the other products.
Fast forward another year and endless flares and creams bought and prescribed, I finally stopped the steroid on my boy and wanted something more natural to help with the eczema and TSW
I finally bought the Rescue Butter and thought id give it ago after seeing so many success stories.
I received the cream on 20.11.25 and started using it they night. It took a while to see results and it was hard not to give in and go back to steroid but, after 4 weeks, the horrible, thick discoid eczema is clearing ! I honestly can't believe it ❤️
I'm not sure it will heal him, but I know it will now help manage his eczema.

Magic Zinc Cream has been an absolute game-changer for our family. It’s been incredibly helpful in healing sore, inflamed eczema skin, especially during flare-ups. The zinc concentration is quite high, which makes it really effective — we could see a noticeable improvement within just three days of first using it.

Because of the zinc strength, it can be a little drying on its own, so I usually mix it with a bit of the calming BAM (or another gentle balm) to balance that out, and it works perfectly. Since discovering this combination, Magic Zinc has become a complete staple in our cupboard.

We always keep it on hand for the kids’ eczema, and it’s something I reach for without hesitation. I’ve been ordering from this brand for just over a year now and honestly love their products. The zinc cream in particular is a standout — reliable, effective, and something I wouldn’t want to be without. Highly recommend. Been using since around oct 2024 to dec 2025. Also been adding in probiotics and Acemannan to diet to help combat the internal inflammation which leads to eczema flare ups but this is a good topical product.

After struggling with eczema on and off for most of my adult life. It came back quite angry about a year ago, all over my face.
I went through so many products which didn’t work for me, and then eventually found drought secret. Since then I have never used any other product on my face and my eczema has never been clearer.
