I ordered it online a week ago and it's still in China. When I placed the order it stated that shipped with Royal mail48 UK. The cancellation page doesn't work and no one replies to my email. It's automatically subscribed you to order every 30days, I feel like been scammed! I should have read trust pilot first!!!
Zero Star.
Total Scam.
Avoid at all cost.
Report to fraud.
Incredibly poor rip off product, slow to arrive and pretending to be another brand
DO NOT TRUST THIS BRAND.
The product made my daughter’s skin red itchy and burned. They claim a 100% money back guarantee but at first would not issue a refund as the product had been opened. After complaining they said they would if I paid for the shipping to ship it back to them (why if the product had been opened?) which to ship internationally was not worth it for me and I didn’t want to risk spending more money to receive no money back. Terrible service and false advertising.
Misleading “60-Day Free Trial” – refund refused.
I purchased Honey Eczema cream because it was advertised with a “60-Day Free Trial” stating you could use the product completely risk-free and “just email us for a full refund – no questions asked.”
I used the cream as directed and contacted them within the 60-day period to request a refund as I saw no improvement. The company then refused unless I completed a returns authorisation form and shipped the used product internationally to the USA at my own expense, claiming refunds only apply to unused and unopened items.
None of these conditions were stated in the advertised guarantee at the time of purchase.
After I challenged this and provided evidence of their own wording, they stopped responding. I ultimately had to recover my money through a bank chargeback, which was successful.
Very disappointing experience and misleading advertising. I would not recommend.
If I could have given zero stars, I would have. As the other reviews have stated, this is a total scam. I came across this company on Instagram and the product sounded amazing - a medical grade honey-based cream that kills the bacteria associated with eczema, formulated by a British mother whose baby had been riddled with eczema etc etc. I couldn’t find an ingredients list on their website (I should have known something was off at this point but
I think in really wanted to believe the product was legit because it sounded like exactly what my son needed) so I emailed them and they replied really quickly with the supposed product label, which sounded exemplary. I placed the order and then waited two weeks for the product to arrive. When I opened it, I was dismayed to discover that the ingredients list on the box was COMPLETELY different to the one they’d sent me. Just olive oil, a few other oils and waxes and preservatives. When I emailed them about this they just replied saying if I wanted a refund I would have to pay for the international postage to return it. How is this legal?!
It’s disgusting that people can take advantage of vulnerable, worried parents of babies and children with eczema. I’m so annoyed at myself for even believing this and falling for it! It says Royal Mail 48h tracked and yet it took weeks to come because it came from China as it showed via tracking. It smells of paint. This cannot be a cream that has natural ingredients such as honey etc in it, I don’t know what the chemical makeup of this is but I know it can’t be good just based off the smell and consistency alone. Awful.
Scam order one product they send you completely different then say you can return if you pay return postage
Horrible products stay away from this Chinese company
Scammers
The product is horrible, smells like paint, I will definitely not be putting it on anyone's skin! As others have said, this is a scam product that is imitating another product with almost the same name and was running Facebook adds. Probably not worth trying to get a refund, just treat it as a learning experience go not buy stuff from Facebook adds.
AWFUL. When I ordered the cream it stated Royal Mail 48 hours tracked. It has come from China and took 12 days to come. Product is not fit for us and No refund is being given. Stay away from this company.
Do not get scammed. This is an imitation of another honey eczema cream. The website is slightly different but the packaging is very similar. Do your research before buying!!!
Scam product and scam website. Product recieved was not true to image as described. Very strong chemical smell do not put this near your own skin or yours child. Shame and disgrace of these people stealing peoples money for such a those looking to ease the skin condition. Wish them nothing but bad luck. Don't waste your money.!!!
This company is marketed as a small business created by a British mother whose child has eczema. It’s a scam website in china. Goods take weeks to arrive, no way to verify what the ingredients actually are. Despite advertised “return if you’re not satisfied guarantee,” returns are near impossible and cost £30 to return to china, rather than the free returns as advertised. Scam product, scam website. Avoid.
