Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. Bought the calming butter, used it after a bath. My child scratched uncontrollably through the night and by morning he had a hideous rash only in the spots the balm was applied. Absolutely devastated.

Extremely poor customer service

Spent over £100 on the new Tonie for Christmas, we set it up before Christmas day so it can be used straight away. Much to our disappointment before the children could even use it at Christmas it developed a fault or as they say "a fox in your Tonie's". Once we proved this with a video sent over they couldn't even send out a replacement asap. We have to send it back and provide proof of return and then order another one ourselves. Extremely poor customer service for a faulty product that is very expensive. Not to mention all the Tonie's that can't be used. Why not just send a replacement to your customers asap?

SCAM DO NOT USE
Take all your personal information and hear nothing for months. The cost of their services is more than my tax rebate. I want all of my details removed and feel sick to think they will take any rebates owed to me in the future. Tried to cancel their services and got told it would cost me £100. I was never informed of any deductions or cost for signing up I was told that if I had worked from home I am owed money.

Go elsewhere no bed in 6months

Ordered our bed in October and six months later still no bed and 3 missed deliveries. Refused to offer a discount for the inconvenience and no call back when we were told we would be contacted within 48 hrs. Will cancel and buy elsewhere. Appalling customer service.
