I attended for a regular check up with Ehsan and received a detailed and thorough inspection with every dental observation spoken aloud for the technician to enter into my records. This kept me fully informed - those parts I could understand! - and I know I could have asked about anything I wanted to be explained further.
While at the appt I enquired what could be done to straighten my bottom teeth. Ehsan explained the three options complete with details of treatment, care plan and prices, with no pressure to follow up on any.
I was completely satisfied with my appt and will be returning to straighten my teeth!

It was a pleasure dealing with Ben’s Gutters. I contacted the company following a flyer through my door and my phone call was answered immediately. I was given an appointment for the following day and was kept up to date with the arrival time. Josh was friendly and polite and completed the clearing and cleaning quickly and efficiently. I had not had an appointment with a hygienist for about 15 years. Following my recent post-pandemic return to the dentist, I also agreed to visit the hygienist, but was concerned my recent dental work might suffer from over-zealous cleaning!
Agnieszka listened patiently to my worries and was then extremely gentle (as I am sure she would have been anyway), also pointing out the areas for future care and recommending the most suitable flossing brush size.

I've waited three days since the third appointment of my treatment plan so that I can give a true review of my appointment and its effects.
The 45-minute appointment included the fitting of a crown, a filling and an extraction. I experienced no pain throughout and everything was explained as we went along.
I left with detailed instructions concerning my after-care and spare swabs etc should the unexpected happen. It did not!
Since then I have not had to take any painkillers and just 24 hours later I was eating and drinking normally.
I am very grateful to my dentist Ehsan for his expertise, and cannot recommend the surgery enough!

Returning to this practice after many years’ absence, no fuss was made and I was given a same-day appt to get back on track. Dentist Ahsan was welcoming, gentle, efficient and knowledgeable. X-rays were taken and a Treatment Plan created. Next week, next appt!

I was originally emailed a 2-hour morning delivery slot, then this was updated with a very similar one - 8:30-10:30am. However, this was eventually far from correct. I was the last of six deliveries and although I could track the progress very efficiently, it seemed to get stuck on Drop 4 - and by now it was 3:15pm - and I began to get anxious.
Fortunately, a company phone number was provided in the email and the very polite lady rang the driver for me and came back with the information that they would be with us in around 45 minutes. And they were.
The delivery men could not have been more pleasant, helpful and efficient. And still smiling! They carried my sofa bed upstairs and placed in my room of choice.
I am also grateful that my original sofa bed was identified as damaged by Panther so was not delivered and was reordered, rather than merely going through the motions and leaving me to sort out a return and replacement.
