A dysfunctional disaster.
A disaster, their product has serious glitches, and their customer service is totally dysfunctional. We joined Xendit early on, during their inception, and contributed to their development. We lost large sums of money from credit card fraud, though we persisted, perhaps foolishly. We now have a serious glitch with their payment system, which means we cannot process online payments, and again we are losing large sums of money. Their customer service is totally useless, you end up on an endless track of "we'll respond shortly" - we have been waiting more than 24 hours, we've had only automated responses, and no action to address the glitch. We have the benefit of having a contact in Xendit, outside of customer service, but even they have been able to do nothing. BE AWARE, Xendit is a disaster and will most likely have a serious negative impact on business.
