Pretty good service, there were some issues with delivery timings, but at least they kept me informed. Overall a good experience, and as a plus the sofa is very comfy

Easy to join the claim, but no following information, they obviously just want to milk as much out of another companies admin issue, make as much money as they can from it and run. Feels scummy, but if they get something done.. fair enough, I just haven't seen anything being done yet.

Great company, not much else to say

They auto renewed my policy for double the price they offer online, then charged me £75 to change it to the exact same insurance but at their sticker price. The customer service is horrendous, the chat employees just copy paste everything they say, it's like talking to a bad chatbot.

Melanie was great, she was helpful, clear and concise, explained everything very well. Thank you!

No tact, real people with chatbot personalities. I asked to move supply from one home to another, they said tell us later, on the day you move... Because that makes sense. Needless to say, I won't be moving the supply elsewhere, I'll go with someone else.

Jordan was great to talk to. Understood what we wanted. The turnaround was amazing, we paid on a Friday, the visit was on the following Tuesday, and the report came the same Tuesday evening. Thanks!

We went on the private tour with Yusef across the desert and Marrakech, the whole desert experience was amazing, and Yusef made it better he was insightful, funny and genuine nice guy. He showed us parts of the dessert we never would have seen without him. We had an overall great experience. Thank you!

I will add energy prices are too high and energy companies profits are disgusting, I think you're taking advantage of a bad situation and for that you deserve to suffer a very slow demise.
