I needed to find a flat to rent at relatively short notice and Andrew Travers was brilliant from the very first interaction. I looked at the Flat on Saturday and within a few days it had been confirmed. The responsiveness and speed of replies to emails has been excellent both before and after my moving in. I would highly recommend Andrew and McKenzie Smith.

The letting team helps me a lot in finding a potenial tenant for my flat. They are professional and also give me valuable advice. The flat can be let out in a short period of time.

I would highly recommend Mackenzie Smith Aldershot under Steve's management, to anyone. Estate Agents get a bad rap generally but it's been my experience that they have gone above and beyond.

The sale of the house went through very quickly and smoothly, from start to finish. Brian, Sallie and Dan were very professional and helpful at all times.

Good communication and helpful, stayed the course and despite a challenging market, helped us keep the buying chain together until completion.

After a slow start in April 2025 selling our property, we finally secured a buyer in November 2025. We did enlist a dual agent for the last few months, but our original agent pulled through in the end. We understand it was a challenging market in 2025 and Mckenzie Smith remained calm and professional at all times. We would not hesitate to recommend or use again if we move again. Our sale with Mckenzie Smith and purchase with another agent completed in around 11 weeks and communication was good throughout this period.
