Many apologies for what has happened. Unfortunately due to the service the item was booked on by the senders the courier was able to leave with a neighbour i have also passed on the review to the depot for you Kind Regards Lorraine

Return made impossible, I sent several emails, all took about 3 days to reply to tell me the same thing! I was told numerous times over a period of weeks that the returns label had to come from the supplier but I never got any further than that! Still have the item but out of the 28 days returns window in a few days so have given up all hope!

This courier deliver my parcels to the wrong address every single time despite me constantly updating my delivery preferences and giving accurate information regarding delivery. ‘In porch’ means exactly that, not left on the doorstep of somewhere down the road that doesn’t even have a porch!
