Most transfers are usually completed within the estimated timeframe, however, in some rare cases, it's possible that some issues might arise between the moment of transaction and the moment the funds will be credited to your account.

If your issue with the transfer has not been resolved yet, please let us know via the in-app chat and one of our support agents will help you with this. To start a new chat, please go to the Profile section -> help -> scroll down, tap on "new chat" -> type in "live agent".
