When I contacted customer service to track a very delayed order, a very rude customer service agent named Melany canceled my order without my permission. She didn't even offer to track it, expedite shipping or even honor the original discount in a new order. Any brand that condones incompetent, malicious customer service is not one worth using.

The worst customer service and low quality furniture. Delivery people refused to wear mask or foot coverings. Items arrived damaged. Full price was still charged and they're saying new items won't be available for several months. Meanwhile, if you call the local store, they do stock the items. If you try to contact customer support, they will transfer your calls multiple times, leave you on hold for over an hour, hang up on you and/or talk over you. They are not trained professionals. It's a nightmare that's still not resolved.
