Great service highly recommend

Each time I have needed the service I have found the engineers to be both friendly and helpful offering advice where needed. Highly recommend.

I have used Uber for rides quite a few times with no problems except for today.
I opened the app to book a journey the app accepted the fee found a driver and gave me a five minute wait. It the went blank and asked me to book a ride and pay, I didn’t understand why but received a text saying my account had been cancelled and I would need to sign up again so I decided to ring them the app supplied a No for me to call but because they had cancelled my account I was not put through to speak to anyone.
Additionally 3 evenings ago I ordered an Uber eats taking advantage of an offer of a 50% discount I put my payment details in and pressed pay but immediately realised the delivery would go to my place of work I went to the help section which suggested I should contact the driver to tell him the new address I did not trust this so cancelled within 2 minutes of the original order and was still charged £9.21 for cancellation I wouldn’t mind but the order only came to a little over £13!
Hopefully I will be able to get my bank to claw this back for me. Don’t trust Uber eats and according to their drivers they too cannot contact anyone when there is a problem. I will not use their service again and would not recommend it.

Great service at a fair price highly recommend was kept informed throughout the process.

It’s a scam I have raised the issue with my bank who are returning my funds. 4 payment of £14.99 weekly where it should have been 1 off payment of £1
Let’s face it who would subscribe to an iq test? it was just a one off the positive reviews listed here are clearly nonsense as are the answers they are providing here too.
I am making FB aware of this where I saw the advert. You are now suggesting that you don’t know who I am but you have taken 4 payments of £14.99 may I suggest you look me up I am not playing your game. As for Trustpilot if you are not going to publish my negative review (there are many others here too) then l see little point in the service you offer.

Good service from the Brent Cross staff, however the price has leapt from £50 to £80 in as little as a year It’s a great smelling product but relatively unknown so to be up there with likes of Boss, Armani etc is a shame. I was offered a discount which I accepted which made it a little better.

Staff very helpful. Everything went like clockwork.
