Iqra and the team did a fantastic job dealing with my property purchase.
Communication was quick and effective enabling me to get into the property
ahead of schedule. Would thoroughly recommend using them

I ordered a pair of shoes without…

I ordered a pair of shoes without realising they were coming from abroad. I spent about £60–£70 on them, and then it cost about £25 to return them signed-for because they looked horrible when they arrived. They looked like giant clogs and just weren’t suitable at all.

I sent them back tracked and signed-for using the exact return address and details the company gave me. But the tracking now says they can’t deliver it. It reached the Netherlands, but for whatever reason they weren’t able to process or deliver the return, and now it’s being sent back to a parcel shop or back to me — I’m not even sure.

Originally I thought I’d only get about half my money back after postage, but now it turns out I’m actually not getting any money back at all because they aren’t able to complete the return for some reason.

The whole thing has been a complete disaster. I can’t use this company again; it’s just too difficult to order anything and then try to return it. It’s ridiculous.

Really disappointed items arrived…

Really disappointed items arrived damaged. Completely separate items ordered at different times so the quality control is terrible. Another of big item missed off the order completely. Really went downhill don’t think I’ll bother using this company again not close to what it was.

I recently signed up for the Sky TV

I recently signed up for the Sky TV, Broadband and Talk package, and during the sign-up process, I specifically requested for my landline number to be ported over from my previous provider, Virgin Media. This was confirmed during the call—which I understand was recorded—so there should be a clear record of this instruction being included in the order.

On the installation date, we realised that the number had not been ported. I contacted Sky immediately and was told that this could be resolved within 24 hours. I waited a few more days, only to find out that this information was incorrect, and that the number cannot be ported without cancelling the broadband service entirely and placing a new order. This would leave me without broadband for several days.

To make matters worse, I work from home and rely on a stable internet connection to do my job. Additionally, we have an elderly relative who depends on being able to contact us on our long-standing landline number. This number is vital for staying in touch, especially in emergencies.

On top of this, I’ve now spent hours on the phone, being passed from department to department, trying to get a resolution. The lack of coordination and clear communication has only added to my frustration and reflects very poorly on Sky’s customer service.

To make matters even more inconvenient, I now have to take yet another call to reapply for broadband service, which is extremely difficult to arrange due to my busy work schedule. This situation has caused significant disruption to both my personal and professional life.

To say I’ve had an adverse experience would be an understatement. I’m extremely unhappy with how this has been handled—from the failure to process a key part of my order, to being misinformed, and now facing even more delays.

Great price, cheaper than everywhere else had a problem customer service was quick and had it fixed within 30mins

Signed up for Uber one for the Disney…

Signed up for Uber one for the Disney plus promotion, said to sit tight as I would receive code through for it but never came contact support who then sent code which doesn’t work, edit called Customer support a second time and they promptly resolved my issue
