Having been contacted by MOV8 to bring my review over from Google, I originally declined due to the overwhelming number of false positive reviews on here. I've since reconsidered, so here's the original review:

Having battled for two and a half years to sell our property, Mov8 took our offer forward and had it accepted within 48 hours. Having used them last year on a failed purchase, they still had our details on file, which made the process simpler. Very satisfied with the result.

We used Mov8 for conveyancing on land my late father had purchased. We
live far away so had no idea on Scottish procedures etc. Charlotte was
amazing, always kept us up to date even when there was no update and
answered all our questions. We can’t thank Charlotte enough for her hard
