And suggested and arranged a refund from my balance.
And put me on the Priority Service Register (which I didn't know about)

Very annoying call queueing system. Goes down about one person a minute, then 12 minutes when supposedly 2nd in queue. The stars are for Jakub. Once I got through really helpful. Problem sorted profesionally with speedy confirmationof outcome via email.
