Well, I am impressed with this company; they carried out the claim very quickly and helped me with my claim. Donna was brilliant, who was a senior claims handler at this company.

I made a claim for my Maserati…

I made a claim for my Maserati GranTurismo water pump.

The part arrived and was paid for by them very quickly, and it was the correct part. The garage fitted the pump, and I paid the garage for the excellent work.

There was a delay in payment due to a technical clitch but everthing finally was dealt with by the accounts, and a goodwill gesture was given for the delay by the team member, so well done, 5 stars for Evolution Warranties. Recommended, and I will use them again in the future, Cheers

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! This company now is now lying about this review saying they have no record of my claim. Funny that how come I submitted a 75n claim and had it upheld and got my money paid !

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !! Like all the other reviews on here they have broke the law . There is an Act 2016 that prevents this any company for using any excuse for not paying out in good time, look it up people! If paying by credit card claim under section 75 with all evidence and emails. My claim approved 20th of October and now 24th Dec , Xmas plus new year break it will be near 60 days. Section 75 is in before Xmas. Which one will pay out first Evolution or Tesco????
