Most Unreliable and Unprofessional…
Most Unreliable and Unprofessional service and I advise do not use their service as your money will be wasted.
I paid for next day delivery £15 while Royal mail service 1st class with tracking cost less than £7. I Confirmed my address and the documents on 16th May and I received an email on 18th asking me to confirm my address. They said they had an issue with the website but I sent them a screen shot of their website with the address confirmed. Also, there is the email where I Confirmed the documents as well. They fixed the issue by sending the documents but they put the delivery date 26th May. I told them by phone it is very important to send me the documents next day but the put the delivery a week later. In reality, they are Unreliable service and Unprofessional and I advise do not use their service.

The final result with 001 Translations
The final result with 001 Translations was very impressive. They did a faithful translation from French to English, keeping also the layout and colors of original documents. It was necessary to look over the translations for things that got missed the first time [e.g., misalignment, words sometimes confused], but communication between the project manager and myself was open, facilitating those changes. Super experience
Super experience - I called a lot of different companies and 001 Translations stood out from the get go. They were very fast to respond, very competitively priced, easy to use and super fast at getting the translation completed and sent (over the Christmas period as well!). A lot of back and forth, sloppy translator and AI machine translation
I had 4 university transcripts to be translated from French to English. You can't mess around with that kind of document. The translation has to be top-notch. I do not recommend 001-Translation for that kind of service. I had to revise 4 times the transcripts, around 1-1.5 hours each time. It seems like it is an AI translation machine, and the translator is only revising what you tell him/her to fix. A lot of basic translations needed to be corrected. For instance, the dates (the translator approved 18 mai 2018 to May 28th, 2018), the distinctions (Su mi na cu lande???), some the postal codes were entirely off. The only reason I am not giving it 1 star is the price. I made some quotes, and 001 was the cheapest I could find. I guess you have what you pay for...
