On Thursday I emailed 1-2-1 shoes about my Ecco shoes I bought last October as they were splitting. I received an email back from Woody promptly asking me to send some pictures which I did. I then received an email back to say please we choose some new shoes, within half an hour the whole issue has been sorted. I would recommend one-to-one shoes

Received my Rieker shoes, quicker than expected. Well packaged, lovely shoes, this is my 2nd pair, I’ve worn the 1st pair daily for 2 years, so comfortable.
