This company started a monthly charge after I simply opened their site through curiosity. After reading the usual unlikely blurb, I didn't want the product and moved on. I have since been paying monthly charges with no desire and no product.
Watch this site I have found it very shonky.

Terrible service. Refuse to replace my lost order but happy to keep my money.
Ordered on September 11 and it was posted Express the next day. It’s now October 4 and I haven’t received my order. After having sent multiple emails to them only to be told I had to do this and that with AU Post because “they were the ones who lost the package not us” AND having spent hours with AU Post Customer Service both in person and on the phone, 123 has no intention of replacing my order despite confirmation that the package is lost! I indicated I’d might try to get a refund from my bank but instead have been working with AU Post first. I told them that I hadn’t followed through with the bank but they grabbed onto that and told me they would not be reissuing my order as I’d had a refund from the bank!! Twisting my words constantly to suit themselves. SO they have AU$119.95 of my money and I have nothing. Nothing but endless stress and time spent for nearly a month. I purchased from this company a few years ago but don’t deal with them now! If anything goes wrong like my lost package, they really couldn’t care less but they are happy to keep your money, gaslight you and not supply!! My poor review is not an isolated one!

If you are looking for a diet that gives you the following you are at the right place:

3. Helps you to get rid of your bad eating habbits
4. You will be eating healthy
5. Teaches you discipline and self control
6. Helps with bloating and irregular bowel movements

The best weight loss plan I've tried
I tried this product after my sister finally managed to get down to her dream body. I had tried some of the better known diet clubs etc in the UK and weight loss for me was ridiculously slow. But once I started the 123 Diet I was losing noticeable amounts straight away, while feeling healthy and energetic. It has encouraged new eating habits in me, not just because of the successful weight loss, but because I was sleeping so much better at night while following the plan. When I follow the plan I wake before the alarm every morning and feel wide awake! The team behind the 123 diet are very responsive to messages and always very supportive

123 Diet - A Great Experience
I first started this diet back in 2018.. lost 25kg initially at 47 yrs of age. I was so surprised but it's proof if you actually follow this diet correctly it works. This means don't cheat, eat the correct foods, drink enough water and take the drops appropriately. I have then been doing the diet once a year since and it cleanses my whole body every time. I am 4 weeks into phase 2 at the moment. Just remember meal planning is the key!!!
