The Best Diet Ever

Dieting together makes it easier.
Day 78 down 16kg. I've tried other diets but this ones working for me. I don't feel hungry. I've got a way to go to get to my goal, I can do it. Husband is on diet too he's lost 21kg (he's almost at his goal weight). He cooks our meals for the week and puts them in the freezer. Doing it together is good.

The 123 diet has changed my life
The 123 diet has changed my life, I suffer from endometriosis & polycystic ovaries so I find it very hard for myself to lose weight I have been on the 123 diet for 17 days now and I have lost 9.2 KG and counting 123 support admin are absolutely amazing I asked them questions probably daily and they get back to me ASAP I could not recommend this diet and support group enough 💕
