Am about to go back on 123 I lost 25kg when last on it in 4 months Have put on 8 kg due to bad food choices I know this plan works so happy to get back on and do it again 🙂

Too early to judge
Too early to judge, but so far i lost 1 kg already on the 5th day morning of it. 2 days out of them were loading days. 2 days were diet with drop days. So basically i can say i lost half a kg per day which is great to start with

I am so sorry to hear that you haven't received your drops! Unfortunately, Australia Post is currently dealing with late flight cancellations and a 40% increase in volume to New Zealand due to COVID-19, which has impacted their ability to deliver parcels. We have spoken with Australia Post and they said that there are currently expected delays of up to three weeks. In your specific case, we packed and shipped your order on the same business day of your purchase and provided you with a tracking number. We have sent over some more information about this particular case to the email address you provided during your order.
I am very sorry again that you haven't received your package! I would appreciate if you would take the time to adjust your review when you receive your Drops to reflect your experience with our product. If it were up to us, we would make sure that your package was delivered as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we have no control over Australia Post and their shipping delays, all we can do is pack and ship our orders on the same or next business day.

HI Judith. It really saddens me when we are rated on a postal service rather than our own service. Due to the current Pandemic Covid-19, the postal system has fewer airlines and other transport to utilize and some a few parcels have been delayed or lost. It has been a costly exercise for us here at 123Diet, but we have made sure that all parcels missing have been replaced and arrived at their final destination.
