Minimum disruption time, Had to deal with touch access areas. Came up with nice lighting layout.

123 electronic service is very responsible and through. Brat who came to our place to fix our power break. He solved the complicated issues, that we could have never thought of. He is confident. And he also explained us in a way that even I can understand what was the issues and what we can do the next time.

The second time, we needed 123 electronic service, we found out we needed to wait more than a week, but we thought it is totally worth, because we trust 123 electronic won’t waste our time and money. I would recommend 123 electronic to my friends and families!

My review for their service is five out of five and they deserve it!

I needed help a couple times with a few problems with breakers tripping and power failure in two of the upstairs bedrooms in my condo. I tried to fix things myself, but finally decided I needed a professional. Brett with 123 Electric came out the same day the first time I called (ok he had someone else cancel and penciled me in, but still same day service and no additional charge, I say awesome no matter what!!). Both times everything was fixed in under an hour and time was taken to explain everything to me. Also I was given options as to what I wanted to replace and advantages of each. The nice thing was although my problems were not that major he did not try to up sell me stuff I didn't need. Have been very pleased with the reliability of the repairs which is important with a newborn baby at home. Most importantly you will never pay for what you don't need.

The above would rate 4 stars in my book, but to be truly excellent I think a business has to do something extra, besides just providing services honestly and professionally.

The "extra" that 123 does is really getting to know their customers. Don't be surprised if Brett remembers things you have told him about your project or life in general and does things to anticipate your needs. This is the type of company that sends you a holiday card or remembers you have kids and brings them toys on the next visit.

Outstandingly, 123 Electric is a true pleasure to work with and this is what earns them their fifth star.

Brett was on time and very knowledgeable. He did the job very well and gave me an excellent price. He also was able to fit me in earlier than he originally told me because he knew I needed help sooner, which was so kind.

The title sounds cliche, but I mean it. The service was efficient, accurate, and professional. Very easy to work with and friendly from start to finish. I'd recommend 123 Electric to anyone needing services from a great electrician!

I am warm and dry. This guy is a hard worker, does as promised, charges exactly as predicted, and really knows his stuff. I would recommend him for any of your electric projects.

I hired Brett to clear off a list of electrical work items I've had on my To Do list for too long. I had him replace several installed light fixtures and track lighting, convert a recessed light to a hanging chandelier, run low-voltage cabling for a mounted TV, etc.

Brett was incredible. His estimate was spot-on. The work was completed within the time scheduled. His work is professional and it was a pleasure to do business with him. He doesn't take shortcuts and is respectful of your living space. I highly recommend him.

We have used 123 Electric Service several times. We have had light fixtures and smoke/Co2 detectors installed by Brett. We have never had a problem with Brett's work. He does a great job, is always on time, and cleans up afterward! We will be calling him again!
