Absolutely garbage. I have been charged $440 for a $15 part replacement. Ridiculous. This was the last time I ever called them for a repair. I suggest you look elsewhere too. Money does not grow on trees. Not recommended to no one !!!.

I think there are 2 R & D companies. I am referring to Lewistown, MT. We been having issues with our heater for many years. Dan came out and ultimately we decided on a new heater. Yes, it was expensive but after checking around the price was very fair. Installed in a timely manner, very responsive to my calls, invoice was as quoted, all work was professional and cleaned up after themselves. If there was 6 stars they would have it!

I had these guys install ac in my new office and all summer long its 85 in my office. they have been out like 5 times and still no solution. they recently told me that now it's because my windows are too big. but of course, they did nothing wrong. terrible company.

The humidifier on our furnace was leaking, so I called R&D. Daniel looked at the humidifier filter and said it needed to be replaced, so he replaced it and said that took care of the humidifier leak. He said the water heater was leaking, and he said he could help me replace it. He replaced the water heater under the warranty (it was less than two years old), and he said that would take care of the leak. The leak continued so I called somebody else. He actually listened to me and looked at the water line on the humidifier, and he found the leak in about 30 seconds. I told Daniel right up front that the humidifier was leaking, but he knew better. I won't call them again.

It requires some funding to deliver and i'm dazzled along with your out of the ordinary paintings. You are so savvy.

Professional, experienced, superior customer service, competitive pricing, trustworthy, knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous. R & D has the right business model for selling their products and services. We had purchased our old HVAC Unit from them over 23 years ago (a Bryant Unit, replaced with another Bryant Unit).

From our salesman to the customer service representative to the installation, each team member at R & D was professional and courteous. We couldn’t be happier with our HVAC Unit (again).

We found out that we needed a new HVAC system right before Christmas. Our salesperson, Sarah, made sure we had the best crew to do the installation. They were excellent. Competent, experienced, polite, and just wonderful! I would highly recommend this company .

3 years ago we hired R&D to replace our heating and cooling systems. They have not worked right from the beginning. Recently the heater didn't work again. A "technician" came out at 9PM, He opened something a spewed soot all over my floor and rug. He did not fix the heater or clean the mess. The next day another "technician" arrived, cleaned the mess, and assumed the chimney was blocked. We hired a chimney professional who determined there was no blockage. The "technician" returned, replaced the filter and nozzle and it worked. We were charged for these "technicians" visits and parts both of which were supposed to be covered by our service contract. We have sent emails requesting return of our money but they do not respond. We had to fight with them to get the unnecessary chimney sweeping cost paid. Additionally, Ann, the General Manager" was quite nasty and unyielding. DO NOT USE R&D! I give them ZERO stars.

Did a great job installing our 22kw generator!

Very professional! Very responsive! They installed our new furnace very quickly and efficiently, working with us and the fuel contractor. They took very good care of us!

High grades on all aspects: sales, instillation, service and office staff

R&D is a great company. They clearly care about their employees; who clearly care about their customers; which makes for great customer service. You really cannot go wrong with R&D.

I’ve been working with R&D now for four years, from routine maintenance to installation of a new heater and house generator. Always excellent. Always pay exactly as quoted. Never an issue. Emergencies (I lost heat) they were out there that day on a Sunday.

My 22-year furnace died in the motif a cold snap. At least three other hearing comttold me it wotbe days before they could get out to see me. R&D had someone out that afternoon. They installed my new furnace the very next day.

Overall I had a good experience with R&D heating and Cooling. My only small comment would have been for the installers to start earlier in the morning. They arrived around 9:30 and didn't complete the installation until around 7pm. Maybe they could've loaded their truck at the warehouse the prior night, so that they could've arrived earlier? It was a long day for my tenants. Working with Ron and Ann was a pleasure!

My great experience with R&D started with the sales consultant Jim Mellon who guided me throughout the process. Jay and Aaron did the install in less time than I thought and new HVAC system has been running without a flaw.
