12 Volt Planet Reviews

I have bought several products from here over the years both large and small. Service and delivery has always been good with polite knowledgable staff.
Not the cheapest but it makes a change to get good service these days. Only had one issue in the years i have been buying from them which was a defective product which is being replaced under warranty and is no fault of 12v planet.

I placed my first order with them and realised I'd ordered the wrong size cable. I messaged them on WhatsApp and got a response in about 5 minus. 2 minutes later they had swapped the cable for the right size and refunded me the difference. Fantastic setup, excellent range of products and great customer service!

Extensive range of well tested, high quality products, great website and a very helpful support team. Thanks guys.

Excellent, first time of dealing with 12 Volt Planet, the fact you can talk to and order over the phone is great.
Joe who I dealt with was incredibly knowledgeable, and the advice was brilliant.
Well wort the five stars. Thanks

Great range of products and exemplary customer service when I messed up my order.
Highly recommend.

I forgot to add the last item on my list when placing a mixed order. I Whatsapp'd them out of hours to ask if they could add it. First thing next morning they'd messaged me back to say they'd added it to my shipment free of charge to save complication. Now that's putting service first. Plus they have a great range of products. Well done 12voltplanet!

First class technical support with advice on choosing components and accessories. The equipment was ordered and arrived over the next two days, with a follow-up call from them to check everything was ok with the delivery - first class service, much better than two other well known suppliers of similar products - thank you

My first order got lost in amongst the Royal Mail strike. The team sent a 2nd one out and it arrived just in time for me to get a camper finished. Thanks team

If it's 12 volt, that's where I/You should, go!

Having an old boat and an old camper conversion 12volt devils work features regularly in my life. These folk are always so helpful and knowledgeble. recent problem with split charge unit, I explained the symptoms and before I even had chance to think about it they were arranging for a replacement unit to be posted out. In the past I've phoned them to talk through problems and when they recommend a suitable product it always does the job, equally important they are honest enough to say when a product isn't quite right. Good old customer service at its best - Thanks Joe for your help today

Great selection of equipment, prompt delivery and well packaged. Have used a number of times and the parts are all good quality. Only downside is the cost of delivery seems quite high compared with what is being sent.

I gave a 1 star because I couldn’t give any lower! I’m absolutely disgusted with the customer service from 12v I thought I was buying with confidence Iv saved to buy a Sargent unit which arrived damaged! There was no sign of damage to the box so it must have been done before packing!! I raised this issue to be told the damage must have been done in the installation!!! We didn’t attempt to install it we took it out of the box see the damage and made them aware straight away!!! To be told it’s my fault and they can’t assist me any further!!! That’s robbery! They have taken the best part of £200 of my money and left me with a faulty product! And not offered any solution for me at all. Please do not use this company! Shame on you 12v!!

Great advice on the phone prior to ordering and the items were dispatched quickly and arrived promptly.

Good selection of cables and low-voltage items under one 'roof'.

Thanks 12 Volt Planet!

Great service and quick postage thanks

Brilliant service to EU country, as well as having really detailed information on the website and super helpful staff. Can't say enough good things about 12v Planet!

Excellent products, great prices and streamline service 👍👏 well done

Paul and Craig were very helpful and happy to help answer my questions and find the products I needed for my campervan setup. I would have been lost without them and managed to buy everything I needed the same day. They clearly know their stuff and I was very impressed and grateful. Emma & Justin

I was unaware of this company until an acquaintance brought it to my attention. The product range included just what I was looking for, online ordering was simple and the prompt service couldn't be faulted. I haven't yet used the items I purchased, so I can't comment on quality, but they look fine.

From ordering of the easy to use website to receiving and using the the quality product it’s a 5 star service throughout! Excellent quality products!
The websites also contains heaps of informative articles and it’s pretty straightforward to navigate.
If you ever speak to them on the phone they are a fountain of knowledge and very helpful!

Still no signs of my package and still same story, wait another 5 days, wait another 5 days. Soon 6 weeks since I ordered the package .... Think its time for 12V planet to act and pay back my money.
