I placed the order on Dec 16, 2022 and it said that it will be delivered the same day. Now it's the end of day Dec 20 and still I didn't get my order delivered and not sure how long it's gonna take. I called twice and also sent several emails but still didn't get the positive response. My order ID is 1000249113

All their reviews on their website is fake i know because ive wrote 2 and they are still not posted on their website. They knowingly sell inferior products that do not work. F@ck this company never again.

it was a little melted so when put back in the freezer, it all stuck together. That's a little inconvenient. Otherwise, it is an excellent brand. They were quick to respond and willing to help.|4

I though this was a good place to order from but there nothing but a joke ! I order back in December and still have received anything it went back to them cause incomplete address but my address was correct I called to see what they can do for me and there was nothing they are going to make me pay shipping fees for a item they have to ship again due to there error not mine.. Then on top of it I asked about a refund as i didn’t want to see my money go down the drain and they are taking shipping fees out which I never paid for shipping cause it was free and there taking 10% for restocking which makes no since to me.. also you can’t get no answer half the time not through email or phone it’s hell to even get anyone to answer... I’ll never order from here agian just hoping they holds to there word and my refund shows...

I bought recently a herbva nokiva wich was a defective unit, tried to get it refund. They did not even bother to contact me back... I then tried the eiristech support, they ask me to send a video with a description of my problem, wich i immediately do. They did not respond after... I tell you these is someone at those place that doesnt give a s*** about REAL INTERESTED CUSTOMERS. They are a scam

Stay away from store at 3091 Dufferin St. Toronto. They sell defective goods and refuse to exchange. Very rude staff, boorish attitude, cheating customers. The worst service I ever seen.

I ordered online and they were supposed to deliver the package and guess what its has been almost a month, they r sending me these stupid auto generated emails that someone will be in touch wiz me soon!! Obviously that never happened! Then I called them their "agent" almost told me that he doesn't care, they way he talked to me, his tone was totally unprofessional and he hang up on me!!!!! I couldn't believe it!!!! I don't recommend 180 smoke at all!!! And I will make sure to tell everyone I know !!!! SCAM!!!!!!!!! FUNNY THING AM STILL BEGGING FORY REFUND 😄

this company shouldn't even be a company, I honestly feel like this website is a complete scam! i ordered back in May and haven't received my order, 6 months goes by after me emailing them getting no response back i then called the customer line spent 20 minutes on hold and then a man answered and seemed so sketchy and he told me that my money went back in my account due to product shortage?? i then told him he was wrong that the money did not g into my account and then he sent me my refund but it wont let me accept the refund its now asking for my transit number my void cheque number like NOOO thank you, 180 smoke is a JOKE!!!!

Writing another quick review. Sent more and more e-mails with no response to my complaint. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere for your vape needs.
They fill their pockets up with our money and don't even seem to bother with the customers

I ordered a Zeus Smite from these guys..shows up 2 weeks later,opened inside and everything rolling around loose.Looks like it was used.I call them and was told they have no units left,but are happy to give me a refund.NOT COOL...who ships an open used item and expects the person to pay retail for it.They didnt even offer to make it up to me.I WILL NOT BE A REPEAT CUSTOMER.

Not so good, when I went I was approached inside the shop asking if I would buy some smoke for the nice lady...after spending a love making night with this ‘lady’ I found out she was a man...she also gave me the clap...but I was more concerned that the staff member watched the whole thing.
