Horrible site. Don’t use!
They are horrible! I created an account and deposited money. From the moment I did, I have had nothing but trouble. I try to bet and I get an error message. I try talking to customer service and they are just rude. I’m given an email address to email for help, but I NEVER get ANY replies from the address. I can’t bet and they won’t refund my money back. They just keep saying I need to bet, which I can’t due to a some error from their system. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

This company cannot withdraw your money simply because their payment system does not work! I don’t know, maybe this is an excuse to scam people. The first time I waited 4 days for my withdrawal, from January 17th, and it was "FAILED". 4 days of waiting wasted! And now my withdrawal has been awaiting review again for 2 days! I have played at more than 10 other bookmakers before, and I have never seen such a disgusting service as 1bet. They don't care about your withdrawal requests. They are only interested in deposits.

Auszahlung Katastrophal. Finger weg
Update: habe jetzt eine email geschickt und die haben mir folgende Aussage gegeben. Bei mehrfacher Auszahlung im laufe vom 30 Tagen, müssen die 8% vom gewinn behalten. Also so eine Frechheit hab ich noch nie erlebt. Hab denen jetzt über 130€ geschenkt und hatte aber mein Geld in 1 Stunde drauf.
So nach meiner 2 Auszahlung, kann ich hier alle negativ Bewertungen verstehen.
Es läuft anscheinend so ab, und zwar alle Auszahlungen unter 1000€ wickelt die Seite sofort ab und ist in wenigen Stunden aufn Bankkonto. Kaum will man eine Summe über 1000€ auszahlen, lassen die sich so lange Zeit, in der Hoffnung der Spieler bricht die Zahlung ab und es wird weitergespielt. Daher nur 1 Stern, bei allen anderen verifizierten Seiten ist das Geld auch binnen paar Stunden drauf.
Übern den Support wollen wir erst garnicht sprechen. 1 Stern schon zu viel
