Virginia DMV regulations require all students enrolled in an online driver improvement course to complete a minimum of 8 hours in the course and to successfully pass a final exam in order receive credit for the driver improvement course.
All materials presented in the course have been reviewed and vetted by the Virginia DMV, to include all questions in the module review quizzes and final exam. The course materials are designed to span over 8 hours. We recognize that students learn at different paces; we are glad you were able to fill the remaining and then pass the final exam.

Needs improvements for cell phones
Was easy to read & traverse but would have liked going directly to the next section without having to go thru the entire course list. Since I don't have a computer, I took this on my cell phone. It was very time consuming having to scroll all the way down the list each time I completed a module to get to the next one. It would have been easier & faster if it went straight to the next module automatically. Also I had trouble reading messages. It looked like code in them. It happened when I purchased the program, when I had to get the verification code to start the final exam & when I completed the exam. My email they sent with the code was the same way & I had a hard time finding the verification code in it. But the course itself was knowledgeable & I learned a lot

The course is designed to be multi-device friendly. You can take it on a computer, tablet, or in your case, a cell phone.
We decided against the automatic enrollment in a next training module in favor of allowing the user to choose which module to take. You can skip around modules, meaning you are not required to move forward in sequential order.
The email messages containing code definitely sound like technical glitches. We'd be happy to have our web developer look into the issue.
We have support staff ready to assist students with any technical difficulties they may encounter while taking the course. We wish you would have reached out to us regarding the "coded" messages in lieu of a low score review. We do appreciate you revising your review and raising the score you gave us!
