Easy to register and set up account. The quizzes after each lesson was very helpful. Finished in one day and took the exam next day and passed.

The course was quick and easy, but.
The course was quick and easy to get through, But the required 8 hours in the course to unlock the final. The timer on the site is broken, so it took me 17 hours across 3 days to get my 8 hours.

Virginia DMV regulations require all students enrolled in an online driver improvement course to complete a minimum of 8 hours in the course and to successfully pass a final exam in order receive credit for the driver improvement course.
The website's timer is designed to capture the time you spend in the course engaged with the materials. The site will not capture any time if a student remains inactive on the site for more than 15 minutes. The student must remain active on the site for the timer to function properly.
We have support staff ready to assist students with any technical difficulties they may encounter while taking the course. We wish you would have reached out to us with any questions about you may have had about the timer in lieu of a low score review.

Beware; not upfront about relevant information in their terms and conditions.
Edit: For context, I did reach out about a specific issue and was directed to the information residing in the terms and conditions. My point was that the terms and conditions are available on every page, but buried under other links and information less relevant to most customers. Nothing is hidden officially, but important notes to the customer are not made obvious.

8 hour course
The process for completion was easy and simple. We had 15 days to complete an 8-hour online course and the price was the best out of any other companies listed on the DMV website. Upon completion the certificate is sent directly to DMV as well. This was very helpful and the customer service was excellent.

Need to wait 24 hours to get certificate of completion!!
I completed the course and need to send my certificate to the court but I now have to wait 24 hours to get the document! Why if they could send me an email saying I competed the course and would get a cert within 24, why not just send the cert then?! I also passed all the unit tests but the system said I took only 3 hours so I had to keep flipping thru online pages for literally five hours til it timed out and would let me take the final exam - I don’t know if all “8 hour courses” would do the same. Other than that, I had a good experience… $29 plus a coupon was cheapest of the DMV approved choices by almost 2/3! And when I called them I got voicemail but they called right back - the rep was very nice, knowledgeable & helpful… system was easy to use, no tech glitches otherwise. It’s just having to wait 24 hours to get the certificate of completion is a huge irritation.
While 247 responded, it changed nothing so calling you first clearly would have no effect therefore I dropped you to 1 star. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE CERTIFICATE!!!!!!!!!

Virginia DMV regulations require all students enrolled in an online driver improvement course to complete a minimum of 8 hours in the course and to successfully pass a final exam in order receive credit for the driver improvement course. So, while you may have completed the course in less than 8 hours, the DMV still requires you to meet the minimum requirements to take the final exam.
All materials presented in the course have been reviewed and vetted by the Virginia DMV. The course materials are designed to span over 8 hours. We recognize that students learn at different paces; we are glad you were able to complete the course within the 8-hour time requirement and then pass the final exam.
The Virginia DMV requires all driver improvement clinics to report a student's course completion within 24 hours of the student successfully passing the final exam. This is done to allow those businesses that are not open around the clock (such as ours) to report the course completion in a reasonable amount of time. The course completion is transmitted manually to the Virginia DMV, and the certificate of completion is also manually generated--driver improvement clinics are not permitted to issue instant certificates of completion.
We wish you would have reached out to us (or consulted the FAQs page) to answer any questions about the known delay in lieu of a low score review. We have staff available to answer questions during normal business hours.

User Friendly
Easy to use, good accessibility and able to return to the site to continue the course throughout. I would have given 5 stars but for the verification code getting caught in my junk mail. However, the help desk responded quickly and advised that was likely the case, which resolved the issue. Overall, very positive.

Very happy to have passed the course, and I did learn a few things and the help desk really is in until 8pm. Thank you Pete!! Shout out to you!! I did have the thing trying to error out while in midst of taking the modules( around modules 20-22), so i would just copy and paste the url into another browser to continue, not sure how much of that was y'all and how much was the antiquated computer system I was using. I also appreciated how PROMPT you were with the certificate after I passed the class. I was afraid I would have to wait all day, and I received it within a couple of hours!!! :0> Thanks and HAPPY TIGGERIFIC TUESDAY TO YOU!
