Really happy with the service from 24h Glazing. Mark was friendly, professional and did a great job. He arrived on time and got everything sorted quickly. Would definitely recommend!

I booked London Glaziers for a pre-arranged appointment and sent Mark a description and photos of the back door beforehand. I was quoted £250. Two men arrived as scheduled. This was not an emergency call-out.

After inspecting the door, they said it would cost over £500. When I questioned the price, the price was changed several times before eventually settling at £450.

The workmanship itself was satisfactory. They removed the glass from the door, trimmed the bottom threads/ridges that were catching on the threshold, and said they had adjusted the hinges. They were efficient and the work took around half an hour and the door now closes, locks and operates smoothly.

My concern is the substantial difference between the original £250 quote and the final £450 price, and the way the price changed during the visit. I would recommend confirming the final price in writing before work begins.

Mark did a fantastic job, and left the place even cleaner than he found it. 10/10, highly recommended.

I found Mark online and he responded right away. We set up a time to fix our window and from start to finish the service was excellent. He was professional, did a fantastic job, and gave us a really good deal. Didn’t disappoint at all. Would 100% use him again and refer him to friends.

The window in my glass door to the garden suddenly cracked on a Sunday afternoon, I reached out and within 15 minutes 24h glazing came round to give me a quote. I confirmed on the Monday and by Thursday the glass had arrived and was fitted in 10 mins with no mess and no issues. Incredible service and super appreciative of how quick they were so respond and how helpful. Thank you!

I contacted Mark on a Sunday as we had an urgent issue with the glass in one pane of a roof lantern. Mark was quick to answer my What’s App message and called me. They were able to come out about an hour after I had called and the job was complete in a short space of time. Reasonable pricing for weekend emergency call out. Would book again.

I wish there were 10 stars that I could give! I called Mark after a recommendation regarding my tilt and turn window that wasn’t shutting properly. Mark came round within 20 minutes and fixed my window so it is now shutting! I’m so happy, amazing service, a kind and genuinely lovely guy too. I would HIGHLY recommend Mark for any window repairs. Don't trust these people with the price. After sending a detailed account of the window that needed to be fixed Mark said it'll cost £295. once Adrian got here, Mark got on the phone and said all these Bs excuses saying it's going to cost £470 and your lucky we're even going to do it as most Glazer's wouldn't even touch it. Completely manipulates you into thinking it's a hard job when it took Adrian 20 minutes and no stress at all. Got it down to £400 but wish I stood my ground instead of getting pressured by them.

A team who knows what they are doing! Years of experience tells. Dealing with people who can make decisions on the spot and evaluate on spec also really helps. Confidence is given to progress from small to large job which builds trust to get the best outcome. Once the team arrived we then went for the whole job even though we were offered options to try first - which we did we & then knew we had the right man for the job even though the first conversation already gave us that ! It was apparent from the get go -all the other contacts we had lined up to compare paled by comparison. Straight talking best job-job done. Our Edwardian glass removed and a much better spec fitted on our period home bay windows. Thank you Ivor

Mark came out within the hour - very impressive, particularly because it was a Bank Holiday. He was friendly, efficient and well priced. He also went over and above what he had to do at no extra charge.

Fast and friendly service. Great communication. Would use again. The glass we particularly wanted was more pricey than Mark first thought, but he was very honest and straightforward in his quoting and encouraged us to seek further quotes for comparison. We wanted two broken windows replaced quickly and Mark and Chris got the job done for us within a couple of days of us contacting Mark. Good going considering we phoned on a Sunday.
