Warm air unit service. Excellent. Very happy with both the customer service and work carried out on my parent's warm air unit. Would recommend.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 24 Heating, they always turn up at allotted time, explain in detail the work carried out or any work that will require a further visit.

Replacement of boiler, removal of hot water cylinder and water tank from the loft, making good and flushing the system. All done by a very friendly, professional team. I have no hesitation in recommending 24 Heating for all plumbing jobs.

Great service, Liam and the young man working with him, were so polite and arrived on time and did the service of my boiler, they were very tidy workers and will definitely use this company again, they came recommended and I would not hesitate to recommend them myself. Well done guys.

Had a boiler problem on the Friday before a Bank Holiday weekend which meant no hot water. They had an engineer round within 1 hour, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed that afternoon. The service and communication was outstanding.

I have just had my very old gas boiler replaced with a new combi-boiler. Two electric shower units were also transferred to the new hot water system. All this necessitated a LOT of new pipes and upheaval. However, the team from 24 heating were absolutely wonderful. With the accompaniment of various thumps and bangs, the entire job (including 2 new showers) was fitted, the system checked over and activated, with very little disruption to myself. Throughout, they were helpful, answered my questions, and did a really good job. Would recommend them unreservedly.

I should add that the initial estimate was pretty well on the nose. And the few small extras were all checked with me before work was carried out.

I have a rented property and left the design and installation of a new family bathroom completely in the hands of the 24 Heating team. Excellent service. Consulted when required and advice given on choices invaluable. Thoroughly recommended and stunning modern bathroom installed. Also needed a new celling in hallway under bathroom, patched replastered and new spotlights installed, Again very pleased.

I have known Scott for many years and he has regularly serviced my boiler. He has just replaced it and the service was perfect. Always on time, minimal disruption and always very respectful of the house during visits. I would highly recommend 24 Heating they have a great team and are extremely professional.

We have been using 24 Heating now for several years and the service we receive is always first class no matter which of their tradesmen attend. Prompt, courteous, efficient and nothing is too much trouble. We have recommended them to several of our friends over the years who have like us been very pleased with the work. They always go the extra mile when it is an emergency. The ladies in the office are first class too.

Thank you, Scott. I’ve been a customer for 15 years for annual boiler services and the occasional repair (it’s an old boiler but mostly chugs along reliably). And Scott and his team have been consistently reliable, friendly and fabulous.

The icing on the cake came yesterday: boiler broke down on the coldest day of the year. Scott was with me within 2 hours of me calling the office, identified the problem, managed to get hold of the necessary part and came back at 8pm to fit it.

I would recommend Scott and his team to anybody.

Scott came out straight away after my boiler leaked . He fixed the problem and ordered the parts and then came back on the Sunday and fitted the parts . He also took a look at my underfloor heating which hadn’t worked for 2 years and another engineer had told me wouldn’t work again and fixed that too . We now have a boiler that works and doesn’t leak , plenty of hotwater , a toasty warm house which we are very grateful for and this was all delivered at a very reasonably cost and I was kept well informed the whole way . I have used 24 Heating for over 14 years and continually recommend them to friends. I called them to look at a problem with my boiler, Scott arrived when he said he would and ordered the parts that were needed. he then returned and fitted them. Scott was tidy, helpful and polite at all times. Highly reccomended!

We turned to 24 Heating Ltd after being let down by British Gas who we have insurance with and another company who promised to come out and didn't. Not a good situation to be in with no heating and hot water in January and with a pandemic going on. Anyway, we phoned 24 Heating and an engineer called Scot came out as promised and on the time promised. He managed to fix the boiler and we are very happy with the service received.

Extremely impressed by the first class service. Caring and responsive, the 24 Heating team ensured an immediate response to my 81year old mother’s call to ask for help when her heating unit failed. Scott was fast and professional as ever. Steph (in the office) even called my mum back to ensure she had enough heaters and kept in contact to say the part had arrived. All fixed a day later. I’m sincerely grateful for the genuine care and service given in these scary times for an older lady on her own with no family nearby. You’re heroes! Thank you.

This was first time we have used 24 Heating Ltd, on basis of recommendation from a friend. Really pleased with the work done today - the engineer arrived on time, was very informative re progress and any issues etc. And tidy! And the 'back office' team have been great in terms of setting up the appointment and so on too!

The team at 24 are always great, efficient, polite and quick to help if required. Great service and I would recommend them to anyone. They have handled our heating systems and water systems since we have been in the house (7 years).

24 Heating have looked after our central heating almost from when the business started. They have replaced the existing boiler and installed a new hot water tank. Over the last few years the have rebuilt the entire interior if the house including moving radiators and installing a new kitchen. No matter who they have sent on these contracts and projects we have been completely satisfied with the standard of professional competence and impressed by the good manners and friendly help they have offered at every turn.

Steve turned up unexpectedly in response to a plea for help to deal with a dripping mixer tap. He found that dismantling the assembly was far from simple, but achieved the goal cheerfully. Typical 24H service! Well done.
