Together with our sister company, Imprint, we operate out of a state-of-the-art facility in Houston, Texas. Save yourself the hassle and your money

Edit: They can manage to reply back to my review on here within a few hours but still have yet to reply to my ticket asking when I can expect my money to be refunded...

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing.

On June 17, I placed an order for 1,000 custom 4-inch chip clips and paid over $1,200, including expedited production and shipping, with an expected delivery date of June 30. Nearly 10 days later, on June 26, after my payment had already been processed, I received a phone call informing me that the company didn't actually have the 4-inch chip clips in stock. At that point, my order was supposed to arrive just four days later.

To keep my deadline, I agreed to switch my order to the 6-inch chip clips after being assured they would still arrive on time. Shortly afterward, I received an email stating the new delivery date would be approximately three weeks later. Since I needed the items before July 3, that timeline was completely unacceptable.

I called customer service and was once again told the order would arrive by July 2 and that I would receive an email confirming that timeline. The email never came. When I called again, I was told the order was actually still three weeks out and that, if I wanted them sooner, I would need to pay even more for expedited service. At that point, I chose to cancel the order and requested a refund.

Even the cancellation process has been frustrating. I was told the cancellation had to go through another department before I would receive confirmation or information about my refund. It has now been almost two weeks since I canceled the order, and I still have not received confirmation that my refund is being processed or when I can expect to receive my money back.

The biggest issue isn't just the delay, it's the complete lack of communication and accountability. This company accepted more than $1,200 for products they apparently didn't have in stock, repeatedly gave conflicting information about delivery dates, and has continued to leave me chasing answers regarding my refund.

As a small business owner, reliability and communication are critical. This experience cost me valuable time, created unnecessary stress, and forced me to find another solution at the last minute. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company, especially if you have a deadline or depend on receiving your order when promised.

Poor Quality

I don’t like the image this year. I have ordered with you the past 7 years but this year everything looks smaller and not centered.

Absolutely horrible

The shipping department needs Post Office Education

The shipping department used a standard USPS label but a priority mail envelope. I was required to drive to the post office and pay $6.60 in additional postage to get my package...

I created my order on June 7 and the site promised delivery before my event on June 20. The order shipped just recently and won't arrive until June 23rd. I called to get a refund because now I'm out extra costs to scramble and get the items for the event that should have arrived by now because they failed their delivery promise. COMPLETE BS.
