Problem:

1. After 15 Days can withdraw.
2. Minimum 2x trade to withdraw.

Warning: u can withdraw after 15 days after u register.

3. Every day they will call u to deposit $ 1,000 upgrade to gold account.

Warning: no privacy when u login to trade.

They will keep calling ask to deposit more and more every single day. Stupid broker.

4. Cannot change MT4 password

Warning: U cannot change MT4 password.

5. No daily statement
6. No monthly statement
7. Detail statement from RichField Capital Limited. Not 24 option.
8. They will auto verify your document after u make deposit.
9. They website very very slow in this world.
10. Demo will expired couple month.
11. Never reply email.
12. Live chat if dont like u ask more, they will disconnect and clear chat. So rude.
13. Terminal mt4 very basic. Not professional. No logo broker. Only 2019.
14. Now 2020 no download link for mt4 terminal for pc. Only phone. Other option can trade with web terminal. Web terminal very slow. Server always down.

Warning: scalping must close after 5 minit

Overall:

This broker have so many rule. So many high fee to pay. Everyday call to deposit more and more. Like a beggar no money. This broker not serius with they business.

I register bcoz juventus. Not for 24 option.

So shame to juventus fc affiliate with 24 option.

Diese Plattform ist sehr unzuverlässig. Sie haben eine schlechte Kommunikation und sind schwer erreichbar. Als ich mein Geld zurückbuchen wollte, sollte ich ein online wallet eröffnen.
Nach einer Zeit Inaktivität haben sie mir zweimal eine Gebühr von ca. 90 Euro abgebucht.
Als ich dann noch einen Trade machen wollte, habe ich eine Meldung bekommen, dass sie mir als Plattform nicht mehr zur Verfügung stehen (Rausschmiss).

Also bloß die Finger weg.

Mon expérience est simple: il y a 4 ans, j'ai investi 5000€ et j'ai trader (grâce bcp a un trader sur place qui m'appelait régulièrement pour de bon coups). 4 mois après, j'ai souhaitez récupérer mes fonds et mon investissement. Une semaine après, j'etais crédité de 20000€ environ. Et Oui j'avais gagné 15000€. Depuis je n'ai jamais refait.

24Option may be a legit company on paper, but they certainly act like a scam company. I had a small $250 account, just dabbling. I was convinced by George, my account manager, to invest $5000, which I did. As a novice, I followed his advice, and the money disappeared quickly. 9 Months later a Erin called me, to help me recover my losses. As a fool I believed him, and started of with $500. It's also gone, after receiving minimal help from Erin. Once they get you to transfer funds, their supposedly help disappears. I suppose they catch a lot of suckers like me around the world. Be careful, and don't believe the promises they make

Better be careful... they will rush you to invest without telling lots charges they will deduct on your account... i want my funds back but they blame me of not reading their terms and condition... such stupid customer service.. i wasn't able to get my funds back only half .. you will never earn here because they profit first when you trade before you profit... so be better be careful... i don't know how to get it in full but only the half but I think they will also deduct fee on it which may cost $30 or 30EU.

24options doesnt deserve a star. Your account is not secure. Somebody manipulates your trade and wanted you to lose money. This is too bad. You wiĺl have your karma. I recommend not to join them.

I have paid £250 deposit 06/2019 and after that, I had a major health problem, hospital, operation etc. They tried to contact me a couple of time, but I said I am not fit to trade. After that they started to charge me inactivity fees from my deposit.... The charge was 20/July/2019 £71.85. the next month 17/August/2019 £109.77, and the next month the rest £68.38. What is it if not a thief? I lost my deposit in four months without I used their service....So my advise be careful with this company....

This is scammed website. Up down are control by them. You check with other websites. Especially the manager christaki. He said will help you. After deposit. You can't find hand money gone

I've been scam,my account manager ask me to send money to receive my profit,I need help on how to get it back.

When I just started trading with 24 Option my so called "Account manager", Elisona, called me every day and gave me advice on what trades to open and when... This is obviously not standard practice. This is known as Investment Cold calls.

Investment cold calls

A scammer claiming to be a stock broker or portfolio manager calls you and offers financial or investments advice. They will claim what they are offering is low-risk and will provide you with quick and high returns, or encourage you to invest in overseas companies. The scammer's offer will sound legitimate and they may have resources to back up their claims. They will be persistent, and may keep calling you back.

The scammer may claim that they are approved by a real government regulator or affiliated with a genuine company.

The investments offered in these type of cold calls are usually share, options trading or foreign currency trading.The scammer encourages you to buy shares in a company that they predict is about to increase in value. You may be contacted by email or the message will be posted in a forum. The message will seem like an inside tip and stress that you need to act quickly. The scammer is trying to boost the price of stock so they can sell shares they have already bought, and make a huge profit. The share value will then go down dramatically.

If you invest you will be left with large losses or shares that are virtually worthless.

This exact scenario happened twice to me.

After the first complete bust my "Account manager", Elisona, called me and just let me know that it is NOT a loss... hahaha... And that she has prepared a recovery plan for me...

So I made the mistake to listen to her and invest again, just to lose all of it again!

After losing it all again. Guess what her first words are to me: "ARE YOU HAPPY NOW". Wow I was shocked to hear this. She is evil and has no heart.

Now I am under great financial stress and where is she??? Ignoring my mails and never calling?

This is without a doubt a scam.

These people have no remorse. No grace.

Conclusion: Do not invest with 24Option.com

a real SCAM site.. never trust

I have been waiting for nearly two months to withdraw my money when I email them they say they have sent my money . I checked with my bank the money hasn’t come in . This is my bad experience

Schlechter Kundenservice, Geld wird innerhalb von Sekunden abgebucht, auf mein Guthaben warte ich mittlerweile schon 3 Wochen. Am Besten Finger weg von dieser Company.

24Option have been told not to trade by FCA and CySEC and I'm having a real struggle getting my funds back. They were told to return funds by 11th June but they are now giving an excuse that their banks are holding up fund returns. does anyone else have the same experience.

disgusting they took over £200 pounds from me saying it was allowed under the contract even though all of my details were not accepted which to me means you are not accepted but still they took the money and i never even traded with them. I think this is theft and they should be banned from trading all together . I would be punished if i stole money from someone, they just get away with it wholesale .DISGUSTING

I have never experienced such appalling service. I lost £17000 in a couple of hours and my account manager never even called me. (money I accumulated) He never wanted me to withdrawal money and it was a painful process when I did twice. It took 16 days to get my refund when they were shut down for misconduct. I only got it as I contacted FCA and coppied in an email . It was constant lies and they ignore you .

Please do not trust these people. I invested 6 months ago and in a short time they managed to loose all of it through very bad choices they gave me. stay clear if you know what's good for you.

Ich rate dringend davon ab. Ich habe mich nach einer Einzahlung anders entschieden und habe nach 3 Wochen mein Geld nicht zurückerhalten.
