Do not use this company, they are crooks. If I could give zero stars I would. They started off by saying they could make me a thousands. I only started out with a small amount but the bad advise from them started from day one. Lost that amount, so I decided to put another small amount in. Then another and before you know it, you have lost more than a small amount and then you are chasing. This company hounded me with 4 calls a day asking for me to increase my free margin or ill lose what i have put in. Once your in that situation, you can't get out and you keep putting more in to save what you have put in. I now have a very large debt because of this company (and yes my stupidity) but these people shouldn't be allowed to do this. Praying on the weakness of others, hounding them and giving bad advise for them to lose your money on purpose. This has put me off trading for life. I've just about managed to keep my house and my family. They destroy lives.

Although I lost a huge amount of money it was because I did not listen to Mrs Elisona from 24Option. Several times she tried to "save" me from losing. I can only respect her for good advice. Thank you Ellie

DONT LISTEN TO THEM. JUST DONT TRADE WITH THEM

Well .. as always I went in with the minimum - in this case £250. But then .. Poof! Gone, never to be seen again, my account has locked up and nobody answers any of my emails. That wouldn't be so bad, but I now see they've been milking my credit card. I don't yet know how much has gone. ☹

A complete con. I started the process of enrolling, but then withdrew as I decided that I was too inexperienced. The company had already taken £250, and after some time they returned £177.30. Despite various requests to return the balance, I have been met with stoney silence.

Go nowhere near this company.

Do not put money into this platform!!
This is the biggest scamming company ever.
I have been trading for years with etoro and other platforms.
I put a small amount of money to try it out and left them there for a month as i was away, when i got back i found there was hardly anything left as they just take money out of your account monthly if u are not trading.
As well, very aggressive calling in the beginning and then when i found out they cleaned my account, i asked for a call back but never heard from anybody.
Do not give this platform your money, u won't see them again!

Kam über die Fake Seite BitcoinBillinaires auf diese betrügerische Firma.

Wollte ein Demokonto und nur Bitcoin handeln, mit der Robot Software.
Doch die gibts gar nicht, auch das ist ein Fake.

Diese buchten mir sofort 250 Euro ab, wollten zuerst 1000 Euro, ich habe aber Abstand genommen, von der Firma, sah wohin der Weg geht.
Aber eine Antwort bekam ich weder telefonisch noch per Mail
Es ist Betrug,
Ich werde Strafanzeige erstatten, bwz. von Dritten, das ist ein OffizialDelikt. .
Das Internet ist voll von üblen Geschichten mit diesem "Broker"
Sie ziehen bei jeder Auszahlung hohe Gebühren ab, und wer nicht tradet, verliert auch Geld.
Sie zogen mir 80 Euro ab,
Meine Bank, will über meine kreditkarte versuchen das Geld zurückzu fordern, aber ich bin seit Tagen nurmehr damit beschäftigt, es macht mich fertig, dass ich reingefallen bin.
Da ich allein stehend und schon älter bin, muss man aufpassen, dass man wegen so etwas nicht entmündigt wird.
In der Gegend in der ich gerade bin, da kommt sowas schon mal vor
Denn dann haben sie die Kontrolle die Behörden.
Finger weg, von dieser Webseite, und auf jeden Fall Strafanzeige erstatten, das geht dann über Interpol von der deutschen Kripo weiter.
Das ist Cyber-Kriminalität.

Please... Please.... Don't waste your hard-earned money to this company. It is indeed a scam.

If I could give minus 3 stars I would!!! After making an initial investment I then waited for the account manager to call as arranged - and waited - and waited. I tried the web chat and just kept being told that he would contact me. Still nothing. When I said I wanted to cancel the account, I was told that under the terms and conditions, if I had not made 2 trades, and I wanted my initial investment back, it would cost me 80 euros. I kept explaining that the account manager had not contacted me, and as I ‘d made it clear from the start, I had no trading experience, so couldn’t make 2 trades, as I didn’t know how. They just kept telling me he would contact me. We just kept going round in frustrating circles. Still no contact. In the end, they got fed up of me bugging them, and said they’d refund me fully, but a week later still nothing. They’ve closed my account, so I can no longer bug them on web chat, but still no refund.
Moral of my misery: if you want to invest, check the company out on Trustpilot first, where hopefully you will find this review!!!

Do not use this company unless you want to end up bankrupt!!! It's a scam. They pressure you, mislead you and then leave you financially for dead. They do not give you all of the loss facts. Please learn from me. Ive been financially ruined in 12 hours. They do not care about you. Run a mile!!!!

24Option Cyprus, very aggressive salesmen. They almost forced me to invest: "Click here, do this!!" They had me pay upfront.
No costumer service. Closed chat.
They closed my account. They stole my money.
Bad ! Bad ! Scam !
I lost my savings. They cancel withdrawals.

this company won't stop calling me from different numbers. They are rude and will not listen if you ask to be removed. I feel lucky that I didn't add any money. Total scam, don't leave your number!!

I paid for the first initial investment of $1,500. Then I was told I had to do two referrals. There was no way I was going to refer anybody to make this type of business. I paid the $3,000 myself so I would be able to get my investment out. When I made my second $1,500 payment the company redirected my money into a different account. The next time I made a payment my manager redirected the money. Instead of receiving my $35,400 profit they are telling me I have to pay another $1,500. They have been referred to the IRS, because they are not paying their profits as they are supposed to they've been referred to the FBI 4 wire fraud and embezzlement they've been referred to other organizations for embezzlement wire fraud and theft!

I wish I could give this 0 stars! I signed up to the company and a day later I changed my mind and requested a withdrawal of my funds. They refunded me partially and charged me 80EUR even though they claimed the first withdrawal was free. Customer service were not helpful and claimed that their policy is to charge 80EUR if no trade has been made before withdrawing your funds ..so they expect you to spend your money regardless. Dont bother with this company and save yourself the headache

i was scam 7500 dollars by these companies when they made it sound so good that i would make money with sweet talks about bitcoin. after i put in money the continue to demand money and making me believe i was making money. i went on youtube to search about bitcoin and what i saw scared me. too bad they dont allow links to be posted here. am beginning to believe this site is for them too. also search for 8 Israelis arrested in Philippines by CNN. then i realize is a scam.

Hi, I had joined 24option on day after yesterday. I have invested £200- and I wanted this investment to be worked by the soft ware as per bitcoin advertisement. An assistant who called me over the phone talk to me halfway and cut the line instead complete help. I have chated online with lady call Helen Morision, spoke to lady call Natalie and with the man Rodrie I also have proof of email feom this gentlemen. I was waiting yesterday for the call as per Helen's advise. But that didn't happened and I am really pic...off with the process. This business does not run how you hear on an advertisement. This make me felt it's fake site and they are here for rubbing peoples money.

Total scam. They target new traders with promises of teaching them as they are the future traders but they just dictate your trades, force you to deposit more money to prevent positions closing and then on a losing positions tell you to average down as it is going to turn but of course it doesnt, and you lose your money 3 times faster.
