The tingle cream contains DHA a self tanning ingredient (contains fake tan)and im sure this wasn't advertised pretty annoyed went on the sunbed all streaky thinking it's a tingle it states tingle not a bronzer. Also some of the products I cannot use as the sunbed shop has banned them :(
I wanted a good tingle not a bronzer :(

Hi Sophie, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the Tingle Cream wasn’t what you expected.
Just to clarify, the product description on our website does state that this tingle contains bronzer/DHA, and the full ingredients list is also shown before purchase. It’s a tingle lotion with a light bronzing element, so results can vary depending on skin type and application.
We’re also sorry to hear your sunbed shop doesn’t allow certain products — each salon has its own policies, but our formulas are fully cosmetic‑grade and safe for use. 2bTanned Team.

Hi Carol, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re really pleased to hear you’re already seeing a difference and enjoying the textures and scent. We’re sorry to hear the Watermelon Gel looked less full than expected — our gels are filled by weight, which can make lighter formulas appear lower in the tub. We completely understand how this could feel disappointing. If you’d like us to check your specific item, our customer care team will be happy to help. 2bTanned Team.
