I rarely write reviews, but this company truly deserves one.

3D Aesthetics has built something much stronger than just a business — they build genuine relationships with their clients. From the very beginning, I felt supported at every step, not only during the purchase but also afterwards. That level of care is incredibly rare.

With over 15 years of experience across different industries and companies, and now building my own business while also starting osteopathic university, I’ve worked with many suppliers — and I can honestly say this has been one of the best experiences.

From the very first phone call with Aron, I felt I was speaking not to a salesperson, but to someone who genuinely wanted to help. There was no pressure, no constant calls or messages — just honest advice, patience, and real support with every question I had (and I had many!).

Even when I was unsure about my decision, Aron guided me in the right direction and introduced me to Amy, who made the finance process smooth, friendly, and completely stress-free.

The experience didn’t stop there — even the delivery was exceptional. The gentleman who delivered the machine was one of the most professional and kind people I’ve ever met.

On top of all that, the quality of the equipment is outstanding — truly one of the best on the market.

If you are looking not just for products, but for a company that genuinely cares, supports you, and stands by you — I couldn’t recommend them more.

I can not rate 3d enough. Aaron has been absolutely amazing the whole time. No amount of questions/phone calls were too much. Very informative and 100% supportive and that doesn’t stop once you’ve bought your machine. Himself and Kim were both incredible with getting my delivery and training in asap. Very friendly service

A great experience with our delivery today from Paul. He was professional thorough and was really clear on what we had to do to look after our machine until our training. He was on time and made the experience exciting for us as a Clinic with our first machine. The whole process of purchasing this machine from 3-D was easy and supportive and they were able to assist with any questions I had. I would recommend 3-D. Very easy to understand

3Dlipo 3D Aesthetics as it is now known i would advise all future businesses to seriously consider before purchasing a machine or thier service contracts. Absolutely disgusting. We were pushed into a service contract by the customer service team in 2022 advising that we would not be covered in case of breakdown and the cost of replacement will be expensive. The service contract however does not detail the actual cost of a service or replacement of parts. Due to health reasons we sent several emails detailing our position and advised we wished to cancel and waited for a response. All emails were ignored. No part of the service contract was fulfilled during the time as we ahd new managers taking over the company. Now after 3 years they are chasing us for outstanding payments. NEVER EVER PURCHASE A SERVICE CONTRACT IT IS A CON

This company is by far the best I’ve ever used and trained with! It started with Aaron who helped me pick the right technology for my clinic. He was never pushy just very informative and helpful! So far I have trained with the trilogy ice and am over the moon with it! The training was so in depth and informative and I am so confident moving forward!

Paul was very warm & thorough, he explained everything and was happy to repeat anything to make sure we were fully informed. Very lovely and patient

I recently purchased a Hydro2 device from 3d aesthetics and I have been so impressed with the whole process so far. It has all been so straightforward and well managed. From the initial communication, training, delivery of machine and ongoing support, I have felt very supported. Would definitely recommend them as a great distributor to work with.

I had an amazing experience with 3D Aesthetics. The service was excellent from start to finish and everything was handled so professionally. Aaron was especially helpful always available whenever I needed advice or had any questions, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Delivery was really fast, and the delivery driver was great too friendly and professional. I couldn’t fault the service at all and would 100% recommend 3D Aesthetics.

I have recently purchased two devices from 3D, I am extremely happy with the results produced so far.
Training has been extremely informative with trainers providing in-depth knowledge and background of the equipment and their uses.
The teams are supportive and answer queries quickly, any issues which I came across have been resolved quickly.
