Today, I visited the Lynton Clinic for the 3rd time. Each time, I was seen by Clinician Kirsty. I cannot praise Kirsty highly enough! She truly is an asset to your business. Not only is she highly knowledgable and experienced, she is absolutely lovely to deal with. Kirsty communicates excellently via email, and also when you see her face-to-face in the clinic. I cannot praise her highly enough. And I truly am grateful for everything she has done … Thank you … From David x

I have amazing customer service with Lynton from purchasing my machine through my rep Jackie & also our trainer Emma. Training was great & really in depth. They've both been at beck & call for any little questions I've had. And helped me run a incredibly successful launch evening. I am so happy to be part of the lynton team. Thankyou!!

Every encounter I've had with Lynton has been exceptional. The knowledge demonstrated by the sales team, service engineer, and especially our trainer Janet, left us thoroughly impressed at every step. Janet, in particular, was incredibly informative, helping us operate our IPL with the utmost safety and efficiency.

Lynton are brilliant when they want you to buy from them; providing support and training, but this soon ceases once you’ve got the machine. Promises are made by Lynton and not fulfilled - I was told that there was an option to sell my machine back to the company but when I tried to do this due to a change in circumstances, staff at Lynton either fail to respond or simply deny this promise despite me having it in writing.

AVOID LYNTON!

As a clinic owner, I had high expectations when investing in Lynton’s Lumina device, based on their reputation and the assurances made at the point of sale. Unfortunately, the aftercare experience has been extremely disappointing.

I paid an £888 call-out fee to be offered a repair date nearly three weeks away — despite their website advertising a “48-hour engineer call-out guarantee.” This delay was unacceptable for a business-critical device and completely undermines their stated service standards.

There was no proactive communication or urgency from the team, and I’ve since had to submit a formal complaint and request a refund for the service not provided. The entire process has been frustrating and unprofessional.

Lynton are quick to sell their equipment and highlight their support services, but in practice, they do not deliver on those promises. I would strongly advise anyone considering one of their devices to source their own independent engineer in advance, as relying solely on Lynton for support may leave you without essential service for extended periods.

Very disappointing from a company I had trusted to support my clinic.

I've been coming to the Lynton clinic for over 10 years now. First in Cheadle and then Holmes Chapel. I've had some amazing practitioners and always had great and successful Thread vein removal treatments. Stacey is who I see now and is warm and friendly but really great at her job. Even if they moved further away from Stockport, I would still travel to be treated by her.

I have had my Excelight machine for almost a year now and I’m still so pleased with my whole experience with Lynton laser. Eloise made the process of choosing the best machine for my salon very easy and I felt very supported throughout the whole thing. The customer service team are so helpful and efficient, nothing is ever too much trouble. I would 100% recommend using Lynton, excellent machines and excellent service.

So happy I got the best training on how to use the Lyndon laser from the most professional trainer I’ve ever known . Emma thanks a lot for all the help you provided my best friend with , and I hope I get to be trained again with you in the future.

Buying a machine from Lynton was a really good experience from start to finish. Eloise was my point of contact and she went through everything very smoothly. She was always available and made sure that I didn't have a single doubt regarding the machine, service and after services all through. Becky was in charge of training me and she was very good. She gave me very good theory and hands on practical training using all the different features of the machine. Very happy with the machine and the great staff they have😊

I purchased an excelight machine late last year and have had a good experience with Lynton since purchasing.
My training was great, Emma was thorough, was happy to go at my pace and I felt ready and confident to perform treatments on clients. Since training Emma has been on hand to help with any questions I’ve had and it’s good to know that support is there. I’ve achieved some great results and my clients really love the treatments too.

I did my training session with Becky and she was absolutely fantastic. Very informative, very personable and overall an excellent trainer, couldn’t be happier with how my training went. I would highly recommend.

I have recently completed my Level 5 laser tattoo removal at Lynton. Prior to that I have also completed two other courses with them. I can honestly say that I have never experienced such a vastness of knowledge so coherently and positively delivered. Prior to my courses at Lynton, I had been away from education for twenty years and I currently work in a completely different industry. At Lynton I have been made to feel welcomed into a world that is entirely foreign to me by some of the most accomodating people I have ever met. Course lead Kirsty, is a bottomless font of knowledge. She is quite literally the best teacher I have EVER had; infinitely patient, unflappable and generally just bloody lovely, you will be in very safe hands.

Anyone looking for training in relevant fields should check out Lynton. 100% trustworthy, no sales patter, student focussed wonderfulness gaurenteed. 🙂

Amazing experience with a fantastic teacher, Kirsty was so patient she answered all questions like it was the first time she had been asked (I’m sure she gets asked the same things all the time 🤣) she explained everything and made the level 5 journey a little bit easier. Amazing from start to finish. Kirsty’s knowledge always amazes me, her delivery of every course I’ve been on is always so consistent, interesting and full Of information. After finishing the qualification, I feel so confident that I’m able to go out and deliver the treatments to a high and professional standard! Would not train with anyone else other than Lynton!
