Customer service is fabulous. Lisa held my hand from beginning of the process to the end, which made this grandma very happy. My daughters were delighted with their gifts.

The quality of work was above my expectations, my order was processed and shipped within a couple of days. I will be doing business with them in the future, and I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for high quality work.

It was a pleasant experience ordering from 3D innovation and was a very fast shipping time. Quality of my purchase is superb. Although i did use their codes for a big discount for my purchase, it was still not the best value. I did find another competitor with better pricing but ultimately chose 3D innovation. Regardless, the product is what is described and with quality in mind. Thanks to 3D, mothers day gift was a success!

The process is super easy to order, however I wish I could have viewed a "template" of what it would look like. I would have chosen a different pic. The pic I chose was hard to make out in a keychain model.

I loved the picture, just think it could've been darker like the displays. The necklace could've been a little bigger and the hook was not working. I would order again.

I ordered one for my best friend who had recently lost her mom (her dad had passed a couple of years back). It was a photo of her parents on the small heart. It was outstanding quality and I received it in just a few days!! I was very pleased with the product and she loved it. Thank you for such an amazing product!

The finished product is more than I expected - wish I had ordered the larger one - this was my first experience so I was a little reserve.
I will order the light today.

The crystal is quite expensive for what it is. I also sent a picture and wasn't told all elements wouldn't be present on the crystal and was quite disappointed in what I received.
