Outstanding Customer Service and Speedy Delivery!
Sherry in Customer Service worked with me to manually enter my order so they could send the cube I ordered directly to my daughter and son-in-law at their military address in Germany using the free shipping. They just received the cube and they love it. It only took a week to get there! Thanks again Sherry!

Fabulous work!!
I had two pictures made in 3D at Christmas for my daughters and they loved the keychain and necklace. My friend liked them so much she wanted one made for her son so I sent a picture in to be made into a keychain and she was ecstatic with the results. They really are beautiful and such good quality!!!

Was a beautiful photo of my dog while it was snowing that I chose . There were several snowflakes that were blurred . I didn’t have the ability and I asked if they could be removed . If not I would like to use a different photo . I ordered on a Friday and it was in the mail the following Monday . They removed all the snowflakes and half my dogs face . Terribly disappointing .

Sorry to hear you are not happy with the outcome of your crystal.
We appreciate your business and value you as a customer.
We strive to provide the best customer service and experience possible.
After reviewing your order, we noticed that the snowflakes were removed & there are parts of the image that are somewhat blurred by the eyes of the dog.
In addition, the image of your dog is a profile image (shot at an angle). The part that we can not see in his face is the part that you see can not see in the crystal, we do not remove anything in your image unless request by you.
For example, if you put a piece of paper in front of a face and take a picture we can only make in 3D the part of the face we see and not the part blicked by the paper.
Please understand this is how a 2d image is converted into a 3 dimensional image.
