All I can say is WOW!! my 2 orders arrived today very quickly after ordering,very securely packaged,Jen who contacted me asked if I could send seperate photos of what I was trying to achieve myself as said they nay be able to do better,my goodness me they did and it's magical I will be ordering more I'm sure,I didn't order the under lighting units, I'm sorry now but will be putting that right.You won't be disappointed if you order from here, David

I honestly couldn’t recommend 3D Crystal Shop enough.

I ordered a personalised crystal as a very special gift for a friend. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the original delivery through Royal Mail, but the way Jen handled the situation was absolutely exceptional. She was incredibly helpful, kind and responsive, and made sure a replacement was produced and sent out extremely quickly so that I could have the gift in time.

When the crystal arrived, it was absolutely beautiful — even better than I had imagined. The quality is fantastic and the image inside looks stunning.

The best part was giving it to my friend. She became so emotional when she saw it and cried, telling me it was the most beautiful gift she had ever received. That reaction alone says everything.

A huge thank you to Jen for genuinely caring and going above and beyond to help me. After the stress of the original delivery, she completely turned the experience around.

An outstanding company. Having only a vague idea of what could be achieved, they guided me through the process, step by step and offered extremely helpful advice along the way. I wanted a crystal with an image of my late dog. I wasn’t sure what to expect so I asked for a preview first. I received a email from Jen with the image in a very short space of time. I went ahead and ordered it and it arrived the next day. The packaging was excellent and it even came with a beautiful gift box. The crystal was absolutely perfect, I love it and it looks beautiful on my shelf. I also purchased the illuminated base which makes it look even better. I would definitely recommend this company. Absolutely beautiful. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. After an issue with the photo I had supplied the lovely Colin rang me and suggested how to solve this. He did an incredible job of altering the picture so it would work better with the machine. Also after hearing it was for a memorial gift he sent me all of the different versions of the photo they did before deciding on the final one. The result is just stunning. The quality is outstanding. If you were having any doubts about buying from this company, put them all aside and just do it, you won't be disappointed

Absolutely love it! Picture came out just perfect and when you get level with his (my late dog Ozzy) eyes its as if he is looking at you. Amazing. Crystal quality is fantastic, absolutely clear.

Also a massive thank you for chasing up the issues we had with the courier company he were giving me the run-around via texts and email saying there were problems with delivery. Next day delivery was paid for (should have been Friday latest) yet we didn't receive it until today.

I emailed 3d Crystal Shop and they chased the couriers non-stop to get answers.

I can highly recommend this company.

Amazing company - ordered multiple crystals for Christmas presents and the service was top notch. Colin called me to advise on what would work better for each one as he didn’t want it to come out sub par. I got the impression they take great pride in their craft and it shows in the quality of the beautiful art that they created. Even after a slight mix up with my order they handled it quickly and professionally. Will definitely return in the future!

Absolutely first class customer service! Outstanding support and service.
Ordered a 3d photo crystal. It arrived with me. And I noticed the image had been lasered into the crystal a bit too bright in colour. Colin from the company got in touch with me and explained how it actually works. So I understood his explanation. But the team sat and studied it together and did come to an agreement that the image was lightened up slightly too much. So I received a phone call saying they would be doing me another crystal. Absolutely free of charge because they wasn’t happy that I wasn’t 100% happy. They done the new design and it’s absolutely perfect. I’d post an image if it was a pet. But it’s a family member. I’ll definitely be back again for more crystal designs. Top service all round.

Our little dog passed away last week and we ordered a 3D crystal with his image as a memento....WOW what a superb piece of art. Brilliant quality and the 3D image is a true likeness from an original photo. Thank you very much....
