Response to my enquiry on our printing problems was answered promptly and the suggestion to what the potential problem maybe was correct. Also it was a relatively quick fix that we were able to do ourselves.

Our company purchased an Ultimaker S5 3D printer from GBIRE just over a year ago, and have recieved great support on installation and trouble shooting. Steve T. provided very prompt and helpful advice and made the user expereince perfect!

Great Company and staff are always extremely helpful, offer assistance and solutions to issues we may have. Could only say sometimes when we need a quick response we don't always get it but that is very rare and we are aware that we are not the only customer on the books.
Excellent support
Excellent support - helped me when 2 printers went wrong this last year. One of which was quite difficult to diagnose and required a return to the service department; the other they diagnosed remotely as a bad cable fault. Both now work flawlessly - and the company checked up afterwards to ensure all was good.
Great 3D printing sales and support experience
We purchased an Ultimaker S7 Pro from 3DGBIRE towards the end of last year, they have been great throughout the whole process.
The staff are very knowledgeable regarding 3D printing and the hardware and materials involved.
We just had our first training session which was very interesting and informative, even for some of us who already have quite substantial 3D printing experience. Tom was very consise, while also delivering great detail, which allowed us to get the most efficient use out of our training session.

One of the best supports I've seen so far. They will be willing to help you out even with difficult requests, and won't hesitate to search and provide the information / materials you need even if they can provide them to you directly. I wish more companies will have a support team that is at least as half commited as they are to their job.
P.S: Chris Hunt (from the support team) definitely needs a salary raise. Excellent job. Cannot complaint anything about his job and attitude. very great job! :)

Excellent customer service…
I have found the customer service from this company to be second to none. I bought a second hand Ultimaker 2 from a guy and upgraded it to a 2+, the parts came very quickly from 3DGBIRE. When I had completed the upgrade I had a different issue, probably why he sold it which they sorted for me in 24 hours. They made no financial gain from this and the fault cost me under £1 to fix. Since then I have been experimenting with different filament types, I got fed up with my PLA distorting in the sun. Again my e mails were answers very promptly and the advice was always excellent. A great company who know their business and treat you with respect.

My technician Leo did an amazing job on fixing my printer. There is a great level of communication with the company and my printer was repaired fairly quickly.

From initial purchase of a Ultimaker S5, through to training, support and supplies, we have always had a positive experience with replies to emails for support being actioned really quickly. We did have issues with filament that was part of a faulty batch, but this was resolved within half a day, with the new filament arriving the next day.
