Awesome Lucas Oil Field model. I checked it against architect files and extremely accurate and detailed!

They rocked for me and do not understand the negative reviews.

First of all, the 3D model was incredibly detailed and very realistic for the product. I’m impressed and also it’s layered very well for ease of use with procreate.
Second, I struggled at first to download the correct files and textures and it didnt load correctly onto procreate, but the help team were persistent with me and helped me solve it by sending screenshots and links for what I needed to do. This was very helpful as I am a beginner and using the model for a project.

Very impressed with customer service and the model, will use again.

I was unable to get the product or money back after my purchase.
The email address was incorrect and Dima, who runs the site, provided me with a screenshot to show that the product had not been sent due to the incorrect address. With proof of payment from my side and proof of no delivery from the supplier side, I was unable to get the issue resolved. Unfortunately the business lacks integrity and I would advise against it.

They suck. They won't return my refund after making a mistake of purchase

They don't honour their money back guarantee and will leave you hanging with expensive model that doesn't live up to the (false) advertisement. Internal measurements off by more than 30cm, missing & incorrect structures...BUT they claim the'd consider fixing it if you can provide the correct measurements to them... so go buy yourself an expensive 3d scanner for them to fix these is their solution...

Excellent service on a custom build interior. They were willing to make adjustments and fine tune the model to perfection.
I see some reviews saying the price is high, but I feel we got good value given the time it takes to build such accurate and detailed models.

Always great quality models. Very easy to integrate into different software and varying workflows. A real time saver.

You have good models but wish you had better prices that people can afford, Some people are on a fixed income and can not shell out $600 a model or $1500 for interior . Please consider lowering your prices for people who can not afford this, Thank you. Customer service can be better.

These guys have done me a complete solid. They have been great to work with even though Iossed their email, they still accommodated my needs.

I echo the other reviews regarding bad customer service. Additionally the product I ordered, model of the U. S. Capitol, was nicely designed, however, it took 3 days to download a .skp file version, which wouldn't run on my very fast 4G, i7 workstation so that I could use it. Downloaded a Cinema 4D version- it was so old that the current version of Cinema 4D wouldn't open it. Experienced problems with several other formats and gave up, whereupon I asked Dima Korchagin to cancel my account and refund my purchase. He rfused!

Good quality and good price, but not very customer friendly.
I ordered a Hilux Pickup MY 2022 and got the 3D data in several data formats.
BUT model was not 2022 it was 2019. So after long discussion with Dima Korchagin (support Hum3D) we could not find a solution. He always wants me to buy a new model. He renamed the model to 2021 on their homepage. After I pushed to get my money back, no more response from the support.
So data is good BUT customer support is very bad.

I was hesitant to buy the model for a long time because of the price, but I finally ordered it. Overall I am satisfied with the model, well textured and well organised. Thanks I will definitely purchase here again.
