I ordered items on 9th July, and it’s now 14th August and I still haven’t received anything.

I’ve had to repeatedly chase 3Q for updates, with very little communication from them. Then, finally today, I receive an email telling me they’re waiting for one item.

Why all other items weren’t sent separately is unclear!!

Over five weeks waiting for an order, with minimal communication, is simply not good enough.

As a regular customer of 3Q I knew that I would receive excellent service and that the items i ordered would be of a high quality and great value. A highly recommended company who I have been using for many years and will continue to do so.

We dealt with Victoria, really simple process to order some teamwear, quick delivery and customisation was super simple.

We recently ordered our adidas football teamwear through 3QS and couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish.

Aiden was fantastic throughout the entire process. He was always quick to respond, kept us updated every step of the way, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble, and his customer service was first class.

The quality of the adidas kit is excellent, and the whole ordering experience was straightforward and hassle-free thanks to Aiden’s support.

We wouldn’t hesitate to use 3QS again for future teamwear orders and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great products backed up by outstanding customer service.

The bibs are really good quality and have lasted well. They were also delivered quickly. I would order again when we need more.

I used 3Q sports for my football team training wear and kits for about 24 years. They are very helpful, particularly in the early years it was always a very quick service and good price point, and quality.

The quality of the clothing and kit has always been excellent. We have also had badges embroidered and cannot fault the standard of the finished products.

Unfortunately, our frustration has been with the communication surrounding availability and delivery times. This has resulted in prolonged delays, disrupted plans made by the club and, on matchdays, left us having to source older or alternative kit at short notice.

Failed to have my team shirts ready in time for the charity events. Not solely their fault as the supply chain was delayed. But advertised as 2 week lead time. Still yet to receive my shirts. 2 months later. No correspondence have to constantly chase. Would probably not use again.

Fantastic service. Clear communication and extra fast delivery. Received the fully printed kit within 8 days. Highly recommend.

All communications were swift and informative.

3Q Sports offer a great service, the website is easy to manage and delivery times very quick, a great range of products

I would not recommend this company at all, let down at the last minute in supplying team kit , received a poor excuse via email blaming their supplier for not delivering certain sizes of our order 2 days before the event . No offer of refund no offer to N.V. substitute size no offer to try and resolve simply yiu are nut getting them. For another two weeks .
Highly unreliable and unprofessional
Our first issue came when tried to order style from the website stating new season stock to be told oh we don’t actually have that style or colour available , they advertise on thier website as s these item are available to order totally false as they have to go to the brand to see if they have them .
Staff are very unhelpful , my first follow up call was taken by a make staff member who’s response was oh the person dealing with you is working from home so I can’t help you she might be in tomorrow, that should have told me what to expect from this company.
Avoid and stay away from.
