Excellent company to deal with. Good quality items. The website (including customisation) was easy to navigate. Lead times were clear and my items arrived well within the dates given.

We had some shirts and training tops through the Royal Mail Kit4Kids scheme and were lucky enough to be assigned 3Q Sports as our supplier.

From start to finish they were excellent, the communication was 1st class (something that is sadly lacking in my experience in this industry with other businesses) and the kits arrived all correct and super quick.

Easy to find the items I needed online easy to order 3q email me straight away to confirm my order then I got an email when ready. The staff member i saw was friendly too overall could not fault the service from start to finish. All Items look good fit nicely so all good.

The products are good however you have to constantly chase for updates even when they have the product they wait for your self to email as they have no phone number to speak to anyone . I have ordered from them over the last 3-4 years but the service has gone down hill since then , which is a shame as initially they were very prompted and helpful

so I am hoping going get my order before end of September so. Be looking about month turn around for any kit think poor customer service and would think would be faster turn around.

I dealt with Steven and the whole process ran smoothly. Sent mock ups of the shirts prior to printing nothing was too much trouble. The shirts arrived and they are fantastic quality. Would 100% recommend.
