School based order always very easy to make and any adjustments needed are done quickly and efficiently. Communication with Aidan always great and speedy which makes whole experience better. Not my first order with the company and definitely not last.

3Q was the company used by a sponsor to provide youth kit. We didn't fit the football/rugby/cricket offerings (baseball club), but they were very accommodating, helped get everything sorted. Communication was great, especially as part of the order was delayed, but they continued to engage to make sure everything was ok. The prints on the kit has come out well and the embroidery is spot on.

Aidan and Leah were so speedy and great with my MANY questions and indecisiveness.
Though some products had a longer wait time (no fault of their own, due to Nike themself). Things were ready way sooner than expected!

Excellent quality items and next day delivery through Parcelforce.
The communication from Victoria was excellent throughout and she even reminded me of certain deadlines because I've the memory of a seive. Extra attention to detail like added "shading" on the football of our crest which makes it look a lot better.
From start to finish, it took 4 weeks which is much quicker than our current supplier.
Couldn't fault them and would happily recommend to others.

Found 3Q through sponsored provider to provide full set of players kit. The communication and service have been excellent with timely updates to queries. the lead times for the kit were short and delivery much quicker than expected. Overall a very good experience and would recommend their service

Disappointing service no refund policy !
Disappointing service , extremely hard to talk to them. Only via email. I ordered a girls football team waterproof tracksuit tops for my daughter's school, product was poorly described and rain proof hoods were velcro not practical for 11 year olds, poor design. Returned within a week and they refused to refund such a " large order " ( 12 items ) . Unsure what a large order is for a company that supplies "team wear"They were not personalised , not even out the packet. Disappointing to say the least.Won't be using them again. Check their returns policy order at your risk !

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear you were disappointed.
For clarity, our returns policy states that uncustomised items can only be considered for return if a returns form is submitted within 14 days of receiving the goods, and submission of the form does not guarantee acceptance as returns are reviewed at the discretion of 3Q Sports.
Although the items were not customised, this was a larger teamwear order and unfortunately our sample service was not used beforehand. This service is available for customers so they can check sizing, quality and product suitability before placing a full order.
Regarding the product itself, the design and specifications are set by the brand manufacturer rather than 3Q Sports.
Your request was reviewed in line with our policy but unfortunately we were unable to authorise the return. We do appreciate your feedback and will pass your comments on.
