Recently, I had a lovely experience with Sarah Jones at 3Search. Sarah helped me secure a FTC-Permanent role. I must say, the state of recruitment in the UK is absolutely abysmal. Sarah changed my perception of the market and she helped me understand the importance of (not only positioning) communication and 'doing what you will say you will do.'

I would like to call out several recruitment agencies by name, but I feel this won't do anyone any good. In this day and age, being honest, up-front, are - unfortunately - rare qualities. If you are looking for a leadership role in professional services, BD, partnership management. Contact Sarah and her team. Don't bother with the ones who ghost you - leave it with the professionals.

Working with Fabio was genuinely refreshing. He understood the brief immediately and operated with the pace, precision, and market insight we needed. The shortlist he delivered was exceptional, almost every candidate was on-brief and capable of adding value from day one. From brief to accepted offer in under three weeks - not once, but twice. This shows you everything about the quality of his work.

What I valued most was his consistency and the way he managed the process end-to-end without creating noise. When I asked for a few weeks to secure internal approval before kicking off the search, he listened. He gave me space and didn’t bombard me with emails, messages or calls, unlike many agencies who push for progress before it’s possible. Fabio really takes the time to understand your experience and what you can bring to the roles he is recruiting for. Very communicative, and what started off as bad news quickly became good. Most importantly, no ghosting! Whether the news is bad or good, he is quick to let you know.

Great experience working with Taylor! She went above and beyond

I have had a couple of employments through 3search now and every one of my dealings with the recruiters has been an 11/10 experience. Working with both the contractor and perm role recruiters has been a breeze. A lot of the time you feel like a number to recruiters. Not with 3search. I would recommend 3search to anyone…and I do. They’re my go to agency when people ask who to talk to.

I want to specifically mention Taylor who by recruiting standards sets a very high bar. I have never worked with a recruiter with the level of enthusiasm, experience, expertise and drive as Taylor, from interview prep to helping while in the role, they are second to none.
