Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience. I’ve been dealing with this company for approximately three and a half weeks, visited their location twice, and still haven’t received a single draft or made any real progress toward placing an order.
They’re very good at explaining things, but that’s where it ends. Not every customer is a graphic designer. If professional design assistance is required, offer it and charge for it. I’m perfectly willing to pay. Instead, they seem to expect customers to provide everything exactly as needed for printing, without offering clear guidance.
Communication is an absolute disaster. They promise to call you back in 30 minutes, never do, take forever to respond to emails, and repeatedly disappear after making commitments.
After nearly a month, I’ve accomplished absolutely nothing. I genuinely don’t understand how a business can operate this way. The lack of professionalism, communication, and respect for customers’ time is unacceptable.
Honestly, it’s a complete, complete mess. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
