I’m in Southern California
I’m in Southern California, but for some reason my order was sent to be completed in New Jersey and will arrive 4 days later than it should have. Not sure why but it made my figuren faster to the customer completely irrelevant.

They have horrible support so far all of my orders have been super late or with an error. They try and justify it by saying they had a lot of orders.

Print Order Still Not Sent (8+ days delayed)
We placed a direct mail print order on 14th and got everything approved on the 15th. We were then told that they would be completed by the 20th (which it still says that in my dashboard) and should have shipped by or before the 23rd. It's now the 28th and our 12K print order still hasn't shipped and the only response is that it's delayed but no reason or new estimate on when they will hit. This is HURTING our relationship with our client and the support has not been great.
We need to be able to tell our client WHEN these are hitting mailboxes since they should have hit already. I would really appreciate a response.

The price and quality is good, only proof and printing time is too long.
The price and quality is good, but it takes long time to proof and print. Very slow this is why I do not use this site for all my printing jobs. Same job in 4 over takes 3-4 days to finish, your site 10 days or more. If you use 4 over proof system I think helps you finish jobs faster.

I had an issue sending the art and your customer service rep
I had an issue sending the art, the CSR was not helpful, he was rude, I asked for a supervisor and he refused to pass me along, I cancelled the order, and asked him to credit the original payment amount, he did not do this and he gave us a house credit, I had to call again and tell them to change it. will not use you again!

Have not received product for event today! Delivery was estimated at 1-2 days. So far it's been 4 days and tracking will ad another 2 days. Printed on the West Coast... I am on the East Coast.
