Poor service if I'm honest, lied about the bike I was going to get as a replacement for my superduke r which got had over in my work place carpark. Agreed on the phone for a cbr1000rr, then a week later, the day before the bike was to arrive, told me it would be a cb1000. I said ok not what I was promised but ok. The bike arrived the next day only to find it was a ten year old rusty and damaged cbf, not anywhere near what the two year old, was mint KTM.
Then a couple of weeks later I got a call from the guy doing the appraisal of the damage on my bike, the the fork seals had failed. When it left me I think they were sound and not leaking but what can I do but accept what they tell me Then came the ridiculous wait for KTM parts, admittedly not their fault but they never kept me up to speed with what was going on. Communication was poor at best and they really didn't seem to care a jot about keeping me in the loop regarding the ongoing delay of the parts. I got home from work, this is nearly a year after the bike first got had over, and a £350 carbon mudguard just sat by my front door.Obviously the courier firm couldn't care less about my package but fourth dimensions didn't even tell me it was going to be arriving. Poor very poor.

Had an stressful claim, (as most do) was dealt with and kept up to date constantly and with an amazing team they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable in a bad situation. George Chambers was the person who dealt with my write off and helped me understand the situation as it was my first time having to deal with this

The speed at which 4thDimension were in touch was impressive, and their speed of getting me back in the road with a loan bike was he very next day. Then I spoke with Lionel Croucher about my bike, he understood how important my bike is to me, he was thorough, clear, and willing to work with me for the best possible result to get my bike repairs underway.

I reported an “incident” to my insurance company which was handled on their behalf by 4th Dimension Ltd. My call was taken quickly, efficiently and every stage of the process along with any potential outcomes were all very clearly explained in detail. Had a Honda cb125f scheduled for delivery this morning the driver jay was really plesent and came with my hire bike great customer service introduction checked over the bike with me and explained what the next steps with the bike and what to do if I'm not happy with bike but very great full for him be ever so quick with my delivery very happy with the service
