Unfortunatley my bike was stolen on 6th July this year. 4th Dimension got in touch straight away after putting claim in. The time in which it took to get final settlement. Within 3 weeks. The offer was really good . Fantastic quick service with excellent communication throughout. Definitely recommend.

A friendly, helpful and understanding service that helps you through a very stressful situation. I found Irina who helped me through the process to be very understanding, patient and supportive.

Our contact was Tony and he was really helpful. He called us the night before with a timeslot and what to expect. He then phoned on the day to let us know when he was nearby.
When he arrived he was professional and friendly, and talked me through the entire process from our bike being taken today, to when it would arrive at the workshop, to when we could expect it back.
Absolutely wonderful man, thank you so much.

My bike was delivered back to me today by Graham. Nice chap, arrived early, bike was in perfect condition, he even turned the bike around and popped it in the garage for me. Great service!

I wish I could give them a zero star. They employ a predatory trading practice, won't do anything until you sign a credit agreement with tgem, they do as little work as possible, communication is abysmal and contradictory. If you have to use them first get in touch with your insurance underwriter as they are much more helpful. All 4th dimension want to do is find a way to make you hire one f their bikes to get more profit and.leave you with a useless bike to replace yours, tey try everything write off your bike so they can profit from your misery and do nothing to get market value for your bike. They then make it almost impossible for you to retrieve your bike threatening eclxtra storage charges untill you can collectit , offered me £1000 for scrap value of my bike but wanted £2800 to return it to me when i didn't want them to take it in the first place. They will do every thing they can to force you to let them have the salvage of your bike even though when selling a bike normally you have a choice of how much value you put on it. They cold call you, provide no confirmation of who they are but then want you to provide multiple forms of personal id , the sort of thing you would expect from a scammer. Their company moto should be "We profit from your loss"!. In short don't deal with them.

Poor service if I'm honest, lied about the bike I was going to get as a replacement for my superduke r which got had over in my work place carpark. Agreed on the phone for a cbr1000rr, then a week later, the day before the bike was to arrive, told me it would be a cb1000. I said ok not what I was promised but ok. The bike arrived the next day only to find it was a ten year old rusty and damaged cbf, not anywhere near what the two year old, was mint KTM.
Then a couple of weeks later I got a call from the guy doing the appraisal of the damage on my bike, the the fork seals had failed. When it left me I think they were sound and not leaking but what can I do but accept what they tell me Then came the ridiculous wait for KTM parts, admittedly not their fault but they never kept me up to speed with what was going on. Communication was poor at best and they really didn't seem to care a jot about keeping me in the loop regarding the ongoing delay of the parts. I got home from work, this is nearly a year after the bike first got had over, and a £350 carbon mudguard just sat by my front door.Obviously the courier firm couldn't care less about my package but fourth dimensions didn't even tell me it was going to be arriving. Poor very poor.

Had an stressful claim, (as most do) was dealt with and kept up to date constantly and with an amazing team they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable in a bad situation. George Chambers was the person who dealt with my write off and helped me understand the situation as it was my first time having to deal with this
