Graham collected my motorcycle from my home address. He was very polite, professional and talked me through the process. He handled my motorcycle with care even though it was damaged. Would highly recommend this service

Unfortunately, I had an accident on my bike and needed the services of 4th Dimension. Their service has been exemplary from start to finish. Initially Ben rang about what repairs were needed and talked through all of the options. I was then handed over to Oli who kept me fully informed of the progress of my repairs. There were issues with gaining some parts but Oli notified me of all of these. Due to this I was fully able to trust the service. I can’t thank Oli enough and would definitely recommend!

Recently had dealings with 4th Dimension when my bike was written off, the estimator was excellent, called when he said he would and sorted everything within 48hrs of getting his hands on it, similar with the engineer who then handled my case, made a very stressful situation as easy as it could be. Big shout out to Ben Clarke and Damiano Chini

Firstly, the Team Members I engaged with at 4th Dimension from the initial handling over the phone, via email to assesment & repair planning were first class...no doubt there.

Both Lionel & Oli always went the extra leg to support me during the assessment, repair planning process, comm's & investigation....thanks Guys, high 5's :).

However.....was plain to understand they were under siege with the workload as from being it took over a month to have the assesment conducted from recovery, now an estimated 6 weeks until the likelihood of getting the bike through the workshop....basically whole summer gone :(

With the volume of theft & crims causing us everyday bike folks grief, pretty certain resourcing these ventures with available top people like mentioned is extremely challenging ....the harshest deterrents & consequences required.....no mercy!!!

Given this I made good progress with the House reno's tho ;).....

Lovely fella, communicated well explain to me everything about the Hire bike and took my pride joy safely away. Fingers crossed it won’t be to long but yeah, great Service from start to finish so yeah fantastic.

Wow what an excellent service from these guys &Girls. Called within 1 hour of submitting my no fault claim. They went above & beyond. My bike was knocked over by a car whilst parked & I was scheduled to go on holiday the following day with my bike touring. They went above & beyond to get me a replacement like for like bike. Great work & highly recommended.
