Graham rang before arrival, handed over hire vehicle and was very polite, informative and respectful given the circumstances.

Graham the driver called when 20mins away. He even put the bike at the rear of the property for us.

This process has been incredibly frustrating. The level of incompetence and delay has been unacceptable.
I have been asked to provide excessive amounts of information, including personal whereabouts wanting to know every hour of my life the day the bike was damaged, despite already supplying a crime reference number and the police having CCTV evidence.
It then took four weeks for you to inform me that you were unable to view a document I had already sent. After that, I was asked to provide a photograph of my keys, despite no explanation as to why this was necessary. I replied immediately to explain that the keys were with the garage. Four weeks later, I have been asked for exactly the same photograph again, despite already providing that response.
The lack of communication, repeated requests for information that has already been addressed, and the significant delays throughout this process are wholly unacceptable. I expect this matter to be dealt with competently and without any further unnecessary delays.

It’s the first time I have ever had to make an insurance claim but my experience has been faultless,I spoke with Tasnia and she was a pleasure to deal with.and a very easy and straight forward process, they contacted my garage the same day I made the claim to arrange an assessor to view my bike and make an a assessment.
I don’t usually rate companies but this one is doing a great job and worth a mention 👍
